The bidder should have prior work experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last five years. The required prior work experience includes: * Experience in building Faecal Sludge Treatment plant/Sewage treatment plant/Effluent Treatment Plant or similar work in the last 5 years. * Experience in O & M of the plant constructed and desludging vehicles. * Experience in O & M of Faecal sludge treatment plant or similar plant and/or desludging vehicles in the last 5 years. The bidder should have completed at least: 1) Three works each of value not less than INR 2.07 Crores for septage treatment, sewage treatment, Effluent Treatment Plant or any such similar work 2) Two works each of value not less than INR 2.48 Crores for septage treatment, sewage treatment, Effluent Treatment Plant or any such similar work 3) One work of value not less than INR 3.31 Crores for septage treatment, sewage treatment, Effluent Treatment Plant or any such similar work. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed (not less than 90% of contract value) the mentioned works. The bidder should also have experience in works amounting to at least 10 percent of the Bid Price for subcontracting components. The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of at least one and a half times the construction cost of the project in any one year during the last five years. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, except that the bidder should have completed works of a similar nature and size, and should have satisfactorily completed (not less than 90% of contract value) the mentioned works.
