Capital Cost: Turnkey work of Design construction, erection, testing and commissioning of STP 1.00MLD capacity Sewage Treatment Plant based on Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR) Technology complete in all respect including Landscaping and all other contingent Electrical, Mechanical Electromagnetic Flow Measurement Device on inlet and outlet Piping and instrumentation works With PLC and SCADA Arrangement for STP and MPS along with Synchronizing it with each other including furniture and laboratory equipment’s and including OandM of 3 Years after 12 months defect liability period and 3 months trail run period.(Including items as given below) at Bada Talab, Medininagar, Jharkhand All kinds of civil work and electromechanical work along with SITC of same as per Annexure - A AND Annexure - B and as per tender document. [*Any other item required for proper functioning of the plant as per direction of Engineer-in-charge’s shall be included in scope. Rest as per Annexure - A and B to meet specifications and as per tender document.] * Note:- 1. All Kinds of Civil works related to walkways, Pathways, Landscaping for proper functioning of STP in all respects to be included in Scope of Contractor and as per tender. 2. All Electromechanical and Structural Design and Engineering including Drawings should be approved and vetted by any IIT/Government Institution or department of repute. 3. Any other item required for proper construction and functioning of the plant should be carried out as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge’s.

O&M: Operation and Maintenance of sewerage system alongwith the maintenance of STP, complete infrastructure For 3 - YEARS after trial run period of 3 months Inclusive of the: - Repair & maintenance of E&I as and when required - Manpower required for smooth operation of the plant - 3 operators & 1 Incharge - Consumables required to operate the plant so as to achieve the required outlet parameters AS PER NGT/PCB
