The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having experience in similar works, with specific requirements based on the contract value. For contract value up to 50 crores, the bidder should have: - Three similar works, each of value not less than Rs 641460600, which is 50% of the estimated value of the contract. - Alternatively, two similar works, each of value not less than Rs 769752700, which is 60% of 50% of the estimated value of the contract. - Or, one similar work of value not less than Rs 1154629100, which is 90% of 50% of the estimated value of the contract in the last five years. For contract value above 50 crores, the bidder should have: - Two similar works, each of value not less than Rs 769752700, which is 60% of 50% of the estimated value of the contract, and one similar work of value not less than Rs 1154629100, which is 90% of 50% of the estimated value of the contract in the last five years. The quantities of work completed in any one year in the last five years should include: - Cement concrete (including RCC and PCC): 90300m3, - Earthwork in excavation: 158100m3, - Reinforcement: 5420MT, which is usually 50% of the estimated quantity. The bidder should have experience in building works with RCC frame structure and should have completed at least 50% of the estimated quantity in any one year in the last five years. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover in all classes of civil engineering construction works, usually not less than one and a half times the estimated cost of the project. The bidder should also have executed, in any one year, as a prime contractor or the minimum quantities of the following items of work: - Cement concrete including RCC and PCC: 9030.9 cum - Earthwork in excavation: 15810.0 cum The bidder should provide details of major items of construction equipment proposed to carry out the contract, and qualifications and experience of key site management and technical personnel proposed for the contract. The bidder should undertake to invest a minimum of 25% of the contract value of work during implementation of the contract. The bidder should have liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs 3471030000 and should have access to lines of credit and other financial resources, with a minimum of 20% of the estimated cost certified by bankers. The annual financial turnover amount is Rs 3848763600. The bidder should provide a report on their financial standing, such as profit and loss statements and auditors' reports, for the past five years. The bidder should also provide information regarding any litigation, current or during the last five years, in which the bidder is involved, including the parties concerned and disputed amount.
