Development of Transport Nagar, Ranchi (Phase 2) on EPC mode in the State of Jharkhand within the project site including Architectural Planning & Design, Detailed Structural MEP, Fire fighting Design & Drawing, Preparation of detailed Estimate and bill of quantities including detailed topographical survey, geotechnical survey and hydrological survey; Engineering Procurement, obtaining approval from municipal and statuatory bodies, Project execution & construction including Truck Parking Area, Power, Water supply and sanitation (including Sump, Overhead Water Tank and Roof top Tank with water lifting arrangement), Sewer network, electrification work including CCTV Surveillance System, storm water drainage, rain water harvesting, landscaping, Solar Lighting, construction of internal roads, integrated building, service station, Treated Effluent Sump, Fire fighting Sump with Pump, Compound wall, retaining wall, widening of approach road (4 lane to 8 lane) within the available ROW thereafter during the Defect Liability Period of 3 year

Set 1: Site Levelling and Retaining Wall

Set 2: Construction of Integrated Building (including all Civil Works, services and components for the building such as Plumbing, Fire fighting, Electrical Work, Elevator, Surveillance System etc.), Storm Water Drain, Rain Water Harvesting, Parking Area, Service Station, Over Head Tank, and other services such as Fire Tank (including related components), Underground Water Tank (including related components), Electrical Room.
