Design, Manufacturing, Supply, installation, Testing & Commissioning of Outdoor Type Panel with Front & Back double door, Top canopy, Mounting on Floor M.S. Stand etc totally enclosed free standing type water, moisture, dust and vermin proof Sub Distribution Board made out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet complete with following equipments, including ammeter, ammeter selector switch, voltmeter, voltmeter selector switch, indicating lamps, CT's, internal wiring with suitable size wires/ cable, interconnection, painting etc as required.

PLUMBING WORK

Providing, laying and joining in position HDPE DWC (Double Wall Corrugated) and conforming to I.S. 16098 of required grade SN-4/SN-8 and suitable for the respective working pressures with all fittings and specials, e.g. couplings, tees, bends, reducers, screwed adapters, flanged tail pieces, etc., jointing as per manufacturers recommendations, all complete including trenching, backfilling & pressure testing etc. (For Sewer line).

FIRE FIGHTING WORKS

Supplying & laying one number XLPE insulated PVC sheathed Aluminium Conductor armoured UG cable of 1.1 KV grade Conforming to IS 7098/1988 with upto date ammendment of following size in the existing RCC/HUME/ METAL /GI /CI /Stoneware/DWC pipe/ masonary Open Duct/ cable tray/ open in air etc. as requred.

Supply and fixing in position 1 m wide Insulation mat made of elastomeric polymers Material (Class -A) of 415V grade as per IS 15642-2006 . Thickness of insulation mat shall be not less than 2 mm to withstand 1.1 KV dielectric strength AS PER IS 15652 : 2006. It should be complete as per specifications & directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing laying, testing & commissioning of 'C' class heavy duty MS Pipe conforming to IS 1239/3589 i/c fittings like elbows, tees, flanges, tapers, nuts bolts, gaskets etc. in ground including welding, excavation & providing cement concrete blocks as supports, anticorrosive treatment with coaltar/asphalt tape as per IS 10221, refilling the trench etc. of following sizes complete as required. Providing and fixing hose cabinet of size 750mmX600X250mm made of 16 gause thick MS sheet with 4 mm thick float glass doors in front painted "FIRE" in red paint i/c recessary locking arrangement suitable to accommodate external hydrant with butterfly valve 2 nos. 15 mtr. long hose pipe. 1 no. brach pipe mounted on wall or raised brick platform & duly painted with post office red externally and white internally with synthetic enamel paint complete in all respects for external hydrant. as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Pressure Vessel Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of pressure vessel for pressurization of fire system complete with valves at outlet / drain to operate as per operating sequences including 25 mm dia drain valve, air release valve with stop cock on the top, outside with one coat of primer & two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade complete as required to operate commonly main fire pump, sprinkler pump & jockey pump at drop of pressure, automatically at required pressure setting. Providing, Fixing, testing and commissioning of resilient rubber lined single arch vibration eliminators suitable for raw water up to 45 deg. C temperature, working pressure 11 Kg/cm2 and test pressure 16 Kg/cm2 to provide relief from stresses at pipe flanges.

Providing, fixing, testing and commissioning of 50 Litres (trolley mounted) Mechanical Foam type Fire Extinguisher. In HP Mild Steel Cylinders ISI marked TAC approved fitted with pressure indicating gauge, internal tube, squeeze lever type valve fully charged complete in all respects including wall suspension bracket / trolley mounted and confoming to IS:13386 .

Providing, fixing, testing and commissioning of CO2 type Fire Extinguisher of capacity 22.5 kg filled with CO2 Gas as per IS 15222 with controll discharge mechanism fitted with Hose, Horn & TROLLEY confirms to IS 2878 bearing ISI mark. Co2 Cylinder as per IS 7285.

Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of all in one integrated LED solar streetlight consists of solar photovoltaic module, battery, battery management system, control electronics, LED driver, inter-connecting cables and pole mounting piece integrated into the luminaire as a single unit. Solar street light with IP65 ingress protection having a system wattage of 35W with 6000 lumen output, 60Wp high efficiency monocrystalline solar panel, highly efficient MPPT based charge controller and 12.8 V, 30 Ah IP68 Lithium Ferro Phosphate(LiFePO4) battery with proper battery management system. LED lumen efficacy shall be at least 175lm/W and LED driver should have 90% efficiency. Typical correlated colour temperature should be 5700K with CRI70. It should ensure battery optimisation with help of a suitable dimming profile. The luminaire shall have inbuilt hybrid power supply option that can charge the battery during non sunny days automatically from the grid. The luminaire should be housed in IK 08 impact resistance certified aluminum pressure diecast housing with anti-corrosive coating and must have a UV stabilized polycarbonate cover. The luminaire shall have a specially designed pole mounting piece that enables lateral as well as post top mounting and installation at varying tilts from 0 to 15 degrees for optimal light distribution.
