Water proofing for old and New Roof Slab :- Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roof slab by applying two Component, factory designed, ready to use, acrylic modified flextble material brush, roller or spray for water proofing coating per manufacturer Specifications with following steps :-(a)surface preparation .-Providing and cleaning of concrete surface to remove dust, oil, grease including removal of existing (loose paint / coating, and cement laitance by cleaning with compressed air water jet including all materials, labour, tools complete. Ponding test to be done after plugging all outlets and to be checked from soffit to identify seepage leakage. On identification of seepage cement grouting to be done with non shrink expanding admixture of Sika India Pvt.L.td.) MYK Schomberg / Dr Fixiti/ Fosroc or equivallent. The item includes the cost of getting all the structural and functional design including shop drawings checked by a structural designer, dully approved by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- 1. The cost of providing extruded aluminium frames, shadow boxes, extruded aluminium section capping for fixing in the grooves of the curtain glazing and vermin proof stainless steel wire mesh shall be paid for separately under relevant items under this sub- head. Supplying & Placing workstation table in completely knock down conditions with an overall size 4000mm X 1260mm X 1200mm that is to be assembled at site. The worktop shall be made up of back to back 25mm thick Pre-laminated particle board of grade II of IS 12823 with approved laminate and finish as per approved shade. The top profile shall be in sharing base rectangle shape and the edges shall be sealed with 2mm thick thin strip of impermeable PVC that is cut to fit the size of board panel and duly pasted with the assistance of edge banding machine at 200 degree Celsius. A pullout keyboard trey shall be provided of 18mm thick Pre-laminated particle board having size 550mm X 280mm. The trey shall be operated on keyboard channel. The top shall be supported on particle board base gable end. The end wall of the top shall be topped by gable end.
