The bidder should have carried out a booster pump arrangement with a minimum rate of flow of water of 200 cubic meters/hour with automation arrangement in any government or Railway or Public sector organizations. Work experience certificates can be from any Government Organization or from a Public listed company having an average annual turnover of Rs 500 Crore and above in the last 3 financial years, excluding the current financial year. The work experience certificate from the public listed company should be supported by relevant documents such as a copy of the work order, bill of quantities, bill-wise details of payment received, and copy of the final/last bill paid by the company. No specific amount or percentage is mentioned for similar works, but the bidder's average annual contractual turnover should be minimum, calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years. In case of more than one L-1 bidders, the tender may be awarded to the tenderer having higher Bid Capacity.
