The required prior work experience for the bidder includes substantially completed work, where payment equal to or more than 90% of the present contract value has been made to the contractor. The credential certificate should have been issued not prior to 60 days of the date of invitation of the present tender. The tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of the tender, (iii) One similar work costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of the tender. The bidder must have satisfactorily completed or substantially completed during the last 07 years, one similar single work for a minimum of 10% of the advertised value of the tender. In case of composite works, the tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of each component of tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of each component of tender, (iii) One similar work each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of each component of tender. For the given work, the amount is 417240.00, and the values for the components are: - crossing/ track crossing: 382200.00 - Erection of cable in air: 35040.00 The percentage of technical capacity for non-lead members of JV is 10% of the cost of work. The definition of similar work is given as: Supply, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of solar power generating system of at least 5 kWp capacity.
