The bidder is required to have prior work experience in civil engineering construction work, specifically having executed and received payments for civil engineering construction work in the last five years preceding the year in which bids are invited. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one work of similar nature, with a value of not less than 1/3 of the estimated value of the work tendered, in the last five years preceding the year in which the tender is invited. The work should be completed with a minimum of 90% completion as a prime contractor or duly authorized sub-contractor by the Employer.
