To qualify, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one work of similar nature, with a value not less than one-third (33.33%) of the estimated value of the work tendered, in the last five years preceding the year in which the tender is invited, with at least 90% completion as a prime contractor or duly authorized sub-contractor by the Employer. The bidder needs to provide information on similar nature of works executed, including the year, name of work, name of employer, description of work, value of contract, contract number, date of issue of work order, stipulated date of completion, actual date of completion, up to date value of work done, and remarks explaining reasons for delay if any. The available bid capacity is calculated based on the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in anyone year during the last five years, and it should be equal to or more than the total estimated value of the works for which they have offered the bid. For tender amounts more than 2.5 cr, the bidder needs to upload scanned copies of certificates showing details of civil construction works in hand. The bidder should also have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of 50% of the estimated value of the work tendered.
