Providing and establishing the view windows of size 1.00 m x1.00 m. It should be provided with each operation theatre and should have double isolated fixed glazing with not less than 5 mm thick toughened glass on both sides with 12 mm air gap. Window frame should be of powdered coated aluminum of approved shape flush mounted with wall paneling should have horizontal venetian blinds of powder coatedaluminum strips of vista level or equivalent of approved shade including necessary accessories. Window (Size: - 1000 mm x 1000 mm) with both side glass with blinds sandwiched in between.The blinds should be openable from inside the O.T. The work should be executed as per the directions of Engineer–in-Charge.

Supply and installation of storage unit of SS 304 of reputed make and having size 1665 x 865 x 350 mm and having two or more glass shelves of toughened glass 10 mm thick, supported with D type bracket (SS 304 grade) with 10 mm thickness and rubber gasket of 2mm and mountedflush on wall. The work should be executed asper the directions of Engineer–in-Charge.

Supply & Installation of writing unit/white board of size 900/600 mm having 1.60 mm thick white laminate board top, bonded to a 40 mm high density fiber board sheet for additional rigidity. The unit should open to create a wall mounted writing surface within the operating room. The work should be executed as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

A hatch of size 600mm x 600mm manufactured by stainless steel grade SS 304, should beprovided in the operation theatre as specified in the scope of the work to remove waste materials from the operation theatre to dirty linen area (or dirty corridor) just adjacent to operation theatre. Each hatch box should be electronically operated.The hatch box should be designed in such a way that only one door should be opened at a time.The UV light should be so installed that it is kept on while both the doors are closed, this UV light has to be automatically turned off in case of opening of either of the doors. There should be indicators on both sides of the OT so that the dooropen/close status can be monitored from both ends. Hatch Box should be installed as per manufacturer’s instructions manual. The work should be executed as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Surface preparation:- Providing and cleaning all floor surface to make it free from dirt, dust, loose particles, wax, polish, efflorescence, laitance, curing compound and other contaminants by using wire brush, grinding all sharp edges to make it flush with the surface, etc and complete as per manufacturer's specification. Note: All new substrate shall be allowed to cure and dry completely according to standard practice. The substrate shall be of M20 grade with VDF / IPS finish. The base should be hard & strong (minimum tensile strength of 1.5 N/Sqmm). The base should be free from random cracking & potholes. Flatness of the base should be checked for level to ensure that the specified thickness of treatment can be applied over the whole area. All the expansion & movement joints should be properly cut and maintained for terminations. The preferred method of surface preparation is by mechanical means. The substrate shall have moisture content of less than 5%. This product shall not be applied on the floors that are known to have rising moisture or have relative humidity of greater that 75% at the time application. All application shall be not carried out where temperature less than 10 Deg C or above 40 Deg C Priming:- Providing and applying Apcoflor HFP 120/ Apcoflor HFP 130, solvent free epoxy primer in two coats using a brush or short / medium pile roller at a time gap of 8 hrs by ensuring a uniform coating is achieved and compensated the differences in surface porosity, allowing second coat to dry for 24 Hrs, etc and complete as per manufacturer's specification. Epoxy screed:- Providing and installing, Apcoflor LSC3 XL high performance, epoxy resin flooring system by mixing all 3 components using heavy duty slow speed drilling machine fixed with mixing paddle, pouring of mixed material on the primed surface and spreading it using suitable trowel / pin rake trowel at 2mm thickness, gently rolling the spike roller to remove the entrapped air, etc and complete as per manufacturer's specification. Top Coat :Providing and installing, Apcoflor SL1 TC, high performance, epoxy resin flooring system by mixing all components including Pigment, using heavy duty slow speed drilling Note: 1) Prices are ex of tax 2) Work shall commence up on receiving 50% advance 3) Cement, sand, aggregate, electricity, water are in client's scope machine fixed with mixing paddle, pouring of mixed material on the primed surface and spreading it using suitable trowel at 1mm thickness, gently rolling the surface of Apcoflor SL1 TC using spike roller to remove the entrapped air, etc and complete as per manufacturer's specification.
