The bidder is required to have prior work experience as a prime contractor on construction works of a similar nature and volume over the last three years. Specifically, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed, as a prime Contractor, at least 48.42 M Length of single bridge work, which is a minimum of 50% of the bridge length of the tender invited. In case of Pile/Well foundation work, the bidder should have completed Well Sinking/piling of at least 123.2 M, which is 50% of the total pile length. The bidder should also have achieved a minimum financial turnover of Rs 738.64 Lac, which is one and a half times the estimated cost of the project, in any one year in the last five years. Furthermore, the bidder should have experience in works of similar nature and size for each of the last five years. The bidder should provide details of works in progress or contractually committed with certificates from the concerned officer of the minimum rank of Nodal/Executive Engineer or equivalent. The bidder should also provide a list of similar works completed, including project name, employer, description of work, value of contract, contract number, and other relevant details. Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum of 10% of the tendered/BoQ amount as credit facility from any scheduled bank/nationalized bank, and the bidder's available bid capacity should be equal to or more than the total bid value. The bidder should also have completed similar works with a value of at least the estimated value of the works. The value of works remaining to be completed should also be mentioned, along with the contract number and date, name and address of the employer, and value of the contract. The bidder should provide proof of completion of similar works during the last 5 years, and should provide an experience certificate as per the prescribed format. The bidder should also provide an undertaking that he/she is able to invest a minimum of cash up to 10% as defined in the ITB, and should provide a list of current litigant cases in which the bidder is involved, if any, and an affidavit for non-engagement of related persons and retired government personnel. The bidder should provide a Financial Report for the last 5 years certified by a Chartered Accountant and Annual Turnover Details certified by a Chartered Accountant, and should provide proof of registration as a specific class of contractor and Income Tax Return of the last three assessment years. The bidder should also provide a scanned copy of the certificate for the availability of the credit facility, and should provide a proposed work programme to comply with the requirements of the Bidding Document. The bidder should have a stipulated period of completion and anticipated date of completion for such works, and should provide technical details, including the value of the contract in Rs. in lakhs.
