The required prior work experience for the bidder includes a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs. 80.138 Lac and completion of similar nature of civil work, not less than 40% of the contract value. The bidder should have executed at least one similar work of value not less than the amount indicated, usually not less than 40% of the estimated value of the contract in the last five years. Specifically, the bidder should have completed works of similar nature with a value of at least 40% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 96.165 Lac. The bidder should also have experience in similar nature of civil work and size completed during the last five financial years. Additionally, the bidder or their identified sub-contractor should have executed similar water supply/sanitary engineering works for a minimum amount as indicated, and should have required valid licenses for executing building electrification works and water supply/sanitary engineering works. The bidder is also required to have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover and have satisfactorily completed similar works, with specific values and percentages mentioned, such as 40% of contract value and one-third times the BOQ cost of the project. The bidder needs to submit scanned copies of certificates showing details of similar nature of works executed. The percentage of similar works completed is 40% of the estimated cost, and the bidder should have liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of Rs. 24.041 Lac, which is 10% of the estimated cost. The amount of Rs. 96.165 Lac is the minimum value of civil work of similar nature, and Rs. 80.137 Lac is the minimum annual financial turnover required.
