The bidder is required to have prior work experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last five years. The total monetary value of construction work performed for each of the last five years should be provided. The bidder should have completed works with a value of at least 25% of the contract value of work during implementation of the contract. The bidder should also have access to credit facilities of no less than 10% of the estimated cost of the project and a minimum of 10% of the contract value as liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities. The bidder's prior work experience should include quantities of work executed as a prime contractor or as a nominated sub-contractor, with a cumulative value of the work performed. The bidder should provide information on the quantity of work performed, including cement concrete, masonry, earthworks, and other items. Specifically, the bidder should have experience in various areas, including Earthwork, PCC/RCC, GSB, WMM/WBM, and Bituminous (DBM/BC), with the following quantities: - Earthwork: 35071.11 cum - PCC/RCC: 1092.80 cum - GSB: 557.32 cum - WMM/WBM: 541.21 cum - Bituminous (DBM/BC): 165.0853 cum - Elastomeric Bearing: 430080.00 Cubic CM The bidder should have a maximum annual financial turnover of Rs. 1648.68 lacs in any one year during the last five years. The bidder should also have successfully completed projects with a value of at least 50 percent of the contract value within the last five years, with one project being Rs. 549.56 lacs. The bidder is required to undertake to invest a minimum of 25% in cash during the implementation of the work.
