The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last five years. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least the estimated cost of the project. Specifically, the bidder should have experience in executing water supply/sanitary work/building electrification works, and the experience of sub-contractors may be considered to some extent. In terms of monetary value, the bidder should have an amount of successfully completed projects, with one project of at least 50 percent of the contract value within the last five years, being 337.39 Lacs. The bidder should also have a minimum value of Rs. 2.5 Crore for contracts. The bidder should have access to financial resources to meet the qualification requirements, including cash in hand, lines of credit, etc., with a minimum of 10% of the estimated cost of the work. The bidder should also provide an undertaking that they will be able to invest a minimum of 25% of the contract value of work during implementation of the contract. For key personnel, the Project Manager should have 5 years of experience as a Manager and a qualification/experience as BE Civil with at least 15 years of experience. The Site Engineer should have 5 years of experience in Road Construction and a qualification/experience as BE Civil with at least 10 years of experience.
