The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last five years. The bidder should have completed works with a value that can be compared to the current contract. Specifically, the bidder should have experience in the following areas: - Particular Construction Experience - Personal Capabilities - Equipment Capabilities - Financial Capabilities The Lead partner in a Joint Venture should meet the qualifying criteria in proportion to the partnership in JV but not less than 50%. The Joint Venture must satisfy collectively the criteria, and the data of each member may be added together to meet the collective qualifying criteria. The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of at least one and a half times the estimated cost of the project in any one year. They should have also satisfactorily completed at least one similar work of value not less than 50% of the estimated value of the contract in the last five years, with a completion rate of not less than 90% of the contract value. The bidder should have executed in any one year, the minimum quantities of the following items of work: - Earth work: 4155.30 Cum - Bituminous Work: 4643.86 Cum The bidder should have completed a project of at least 50 percent of the contract value within the last five years, with a value of 659.85 Lacs. The bidder's key personnel should have the following experience: - Plant Engineers: BE Mech. with at least 10 years experience OR Diploma Mech. with at least 15 years experience - Project Manager: 5 years experience as Manager and BE Civil with at least 15 years experience - Site Engineer: 5 years experience in Road Construction and BE Civil with at least 10 years experience The required prior work experience for different personnel is as follows: - Project Manager: B.E. Civil + 15 Years Exp. (5 years as Manager) - Site Engineer: B.E. Civil + 10 Years Exp. (5 years in Road Construction) - Plant Engineer: B.E. Mech. + 10 Years Exp. Or Dip. Mech. + 15 years Exp. - Quantity Surveyor: B.E. Civil + 7 Years Exp. Or Dip. Civil + 10 years Exp. - Soil and Material Engineer: B.E. Civil + 10 Year Experience - Survey Engineer: B.E. Civil + 5 Year Experience or Diploma in Civil + 8 years Experience The bidder is required to invest a minimum cash up to 25% of the value of the work during implementation of the Contract. The bidder should also have access to or availability of credit facilities, which should be at least 10% of the estimated cost. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - At least one similar work of value not less than 50% of the estimated value of the contract in the last five years, with a completion rate of not less than 90% of the contract value. - A project of at least 50 percent of the contract value within the last five years, with a value of 659.85 Lacs. - Minimum quantities of the following items of work: - Earth work: 4155.30 Cum - Bituminous Work: 4643.86 Cum
