The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last five years. The bidder should have a total monetary value of construction work performed for each of the last five years. Specific requirements include achieving a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs 765.60 lakh in any one year in the last five years, and satisfactorily completing at least one similar work of value not less than Rs 255.20 Lakh in the last five years, with a completion percentage of not less than 90% of the contract value. Additionally, the bidder should have completed at least one similar work of value not less than 50% of the estimated value of the contract in the last five years, with a completion percentage of not less than 90% of the contract value. The bidder should also have executed a minimum quantity of work in any one year, including specific items such as Earthwork, PCC+RCC, Elastomeric Bearing, and Stone Masonry, with quantities of 15873.00 Cum, 717.50 Sqm, 207360.00 Ccm, and 48.90 Cum respectively. The bidder should also demonstrate availability of key and critical equipment, personnel with adequate experience, and liquid assets and/or credit facilities of no less than 10% of the value of the estimated cost of the project, and an undertaking to invest a minimum of 25% of the contract value of work during implementation of the contract.
