Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam Grading-II With VG-30 Packed Bitumen (Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects with VG-30 Packed Bitumen). Bituminous Concrete Grading-II With VG-30 Packed Bitumen (Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects With VG-30 Packed Bitumen).RCDSOR 5.05B

Dry Lean Cement Concrete Sub- base (Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing).RCDSOR 6.01

Supplying of solar raised pavement markers made of polycarbonate molded body with circular shape,solar powered,LED self illumination in active mode 350 degree illumination and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face passive mode.The marker shall support a load of 20000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D4280.The marker hould be resistant to dust and water ingress according to IP 65 standards and should withstand temperatures in the range of 0 C TO 70 C.Colour of lighting could be provided in red or yellow (amber) as per requirement and typical frequency of blinking in 1 Hz.There should be current loss of less than 20 microamperes at 2.4 V in sleepcharging mode to enhance the life of the marker and a full charge shoule provide for a minimum autonomy of 50 hours.The height,width and length of the marker shall not be less than 10mmx100mmx100mm.Also,the surface diameter of the marker shall not be less than 100 mm respctively.The weight of the marker shall not exceed 0.5 kilograms.Fixing will b by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside,without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive and complete as dircted by the engineer.RCDSOR 8.35
