Alternating Air Pressure Mattress
• Self adjusting mattress replacement system using alternating low pressure technology.
• Should be designed for enhanced prevention & treatment of patient of pressure ulcers from medium to high risk. • Should have at least 20 cells modular construction with each cell individually replaceable.
• Head cell should be continuous low pressure working with sacrum cell at alternating low pressure.
• Heel zone is made up of soft & durable protective foam with 5 degree inclination for better pressure relief.
• Height of mattress should be at least 8”. • Should have protective foam base of at least 5 cm thick.
• Should have detachable top cover with two way stretch to avoid sheer & friction forces made up of PU with bacteriostatic agent embedded. • Should have built in pump for simple and easy construction.
• Mattress replacement should have automatic weight recognition sensor pad to adjust air pressure according to patient weight or change of weight.
• Should have CPR system for emergency deflation.
• Audio visual alarms for low pressure.
• Can lift at least 180 kg patient. • Should be CE approved.
