The required prior work experience for the bidder is experience in similar works, specifically in the construction of residential/non-residential building works of any number of storeys, completed during the last 07 years. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - The Average annual Audited financial turnover for the last 3 years shall be at least 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. - The value of executed works shall be brought to the current level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The minimum eligibility criteria for similar work experience are: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender or Rs. 400 crore, whichever is less; - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender or Rs. 500 crore, whichever is less; - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender or Rs. 800 crore, whichever is less. In case of projects having ECPT above Rs. 1000 Cr., the minimum eligibility criteria for similar work experience is defined by considering ECPT as Rs. 1000 Cr. The bidder can use the work experience of its subsidiary company to the extent of its ownership in the subsidiary company. If the bidder has experience in joint ventures, their proportionate experience to the extent of its share in the joint venture shall only be allowed on submitting valid proof of their share/work done.
