Granular Sub-base with Well Graded Material (Table 400.1) By MIX in Place Method (Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. W.B.M. Grading -III Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. Construction of un-reinforced , dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only,plain cement concrete pavement thickness as per design over a prepared sub base with 43 graded cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.02 M30 grade coarse and fine aggregate not exceeding 25mm,mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate and design laid approved fixed side frame work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film ,wedges,steel plates including levelling the frame work as per drawing) ,spreading the concrete with shovel, rakes,compacted using needle,screed and plate vibrator and finished contraction and expansion ,construction joints , applying debonding strips,primer,sealant, dowel bars,near approaches tobridge/culvert and construction joints,admixture as approved ,curing of concrete slab for 14 days using curing compound (where specified)and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical specification Clause 1501

Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches in ordinary soil ( vide classification of soil item A) and disposal of excavated earth as obtained to a distance upto 50M including all lifts leveling ramming the foundation treanches, removing roots of trees, and shrubs all complete as per approved design, building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing Earth Filling in Foundation tranches and plinth in Layers not exceeding150M….. labour, royalty and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I (Mode of measurement compacted volume)

Providing coarse clean sand in filling in in foundation trenches or in plinth including ramming and watering in layers not exceeding 150mm thick with all leads and lifts including cost of all materials labour, royalty and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I (Mode of measurement compacted volume)

supplying and laying in rock toe, heel trenches of the dam as per design, drawing including the cost of materials, royalty all taxes etc. but excluding the cost of carriage all complete as per specification and direction of E/

Providing .P.C.C M-200 in nominal mix of (1:2:4) in foundation approved quality of stone chips 20 mm to 6 mm size graded and clean coarse sancl of F M.2 5 to 3 including screening, shuttering mixing cement concrete in mixer and placrng in position' lvibrating, strrking, curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per – do- do- all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I

Providing rough dressed random rubble stone masonry in cement mortar (1:4) in foundation with approved quality of coarse sand of requisite F M (2.5to 3.0) washed and screened with raking out joits to 12mm depth curing,scaffolding and its removel wherever required including royalty and all taxes etc. all complete as per specification and direction of E/I

Providing rough dressed random rubble stone masonry in cement mortar (1:4) in superstructure with approved quality of coarse sand of requisite F M (2.5to 3.0) washed and screened with raking out joits curing,scaffolding and its-do-do- all complete as per specification and direction of E/I

Providing .R.C.C M-200 in nominal mix of (1:1.5:3) in foundation approved quality of stone chips 20 mm to 6 mm size graded and clean coarse sancl of F M.2 5 to 3 including screening, shuttering mixing cement concrete in mixer and placrng in position' lvibrating, strrking, curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per – do- do- all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing 25mm thick cement plaster (1:4) with approved quality of sand of requisite F. M.(2.5 to3.0) wished and screened including curing scaffolding , wherever required and its removel royalty and all taxes etc complete job as per -do-do- all complete as per specification and direction of E/I

providing Tor steel reinforcement of 10mm,12mm,& 16mm. dia bars as per approved design and drawing exclusive carriage of M.S. bars to work site, cutting, bending and binding with annealed wire with cost of the wire, removal of rust, placing the rods in position all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.(b) 12mm (TMT coil Fe 500) (only valid for SAIL & TATA STEEL)
