Cleaning of all areas of NML Agrico housing complex and CSIR-NML sports ground areas at Agrico. Note: Bidder may be visit the site before bidding in the financial bid. (a) Comprising of drains, roads, allay, lawns, playgrounds including surrounding area of Main gate, garbage bin chutes of all buildings, security gomuti, floors and surroundings of all buildings on a daily basis. The work shall also entail cleaning of other than general services, i.e. uprooting of bushes, plants, brickbats, garbage and removal of same to the dumping areas outside the campus. (b) Cleaning of choked sewer line with bamboo and other mechanized equipment & accessories as and when required including removal of muck, rubbish etc. from manholes and disposal of same to dumping area outside the campus. (c) Cleaning of choked gully trap, p-traps, WC with vacuum cleaner or as directed when required including removal of muck, rubbish etc from manholes and disposal of the same to dumping area outside the campus. (d) Daily sweeping , cleaning and removal of cobwebs from the dispensaries, club house and site office including washing of floors, toilets and cleaning of all urinals, sinks, wash basin etc. (e) Grass cutting and hedge cutting at Agrico housing complex and CSIR-NML sports ground areas. (f) Providing at site office permanently throughout the contract period for two nos powered Hand Bush cutter (In running conditions) with accessories (Such as Mobil, Cutting tar, blade, safety goggles, mask, hand gloves and safety boots etc.), manual bush cutter tools for Grass and bush cutting in Agrico housing complex and CSIR-NML sports ground areas. In case of out of order of machines, alternate working machines shall be provided at site for the work. The cost of maintenance for the machine maintenance shall be borne by the service provider. The cost of Petrol will be paid separately by NML as per actual. (g) Providing at site office permanently throughout the contract period for one number Chain Shaw machine (In running conditions) with accessories (Such as Mobil, Shaw blade, safety goggles, mask, hand gloves and safety belts, Hard Safety Apron etc.), for tree branches cutting for Agrico housing complex and CSIR-NML sports ground areas. In case of out of order of machines, alternate working machines shall be provided at site for the work. The cost of Machine maintenance will be borne by the service provider (i) Providing at site office permanently throughout the contract period for one no Powered Fogging machine (In running conditions) with accessories (Such as Mobil, safety goggles, mask, hand gloves and safety boots, hard safety Apron etc.), for fogging in Agrico housing complex and CSIR-NML sports ground areas. In case of out of order of machines, alternate working machines shall be made provided at site for the work. The cost of Machine maintenance will be borne by the service provider. The cost of Petrol and diesel will be paid separately by NML as per actual. (j) It is desired that the contractor will engaged minimum nine (09) labourers per day (06 days in a week, expect Sunday) and make necessary arrangement for tools and other accessories needed.

Gardening work at Agrico housing complex and CSIR-NML sports ground areas with planting, watering, digging, cutting & leveling of hedge with wooden handle hedge cutter in parks & road side and trimming of trees. Necessary tools,tackles will have to be arranged by the contractor. Two (02) labourers per day (06 days in a week, expect Sunday) should be engaged. Supply of MATERIALS including transportation
