Filling Pot-holes and Patch Repairs with Bituminous Concrete,40mm thick. Removal of all failed material, trimming of completed excavation to provide firm vertical faces, cleaning of surface, painting of tack coat on the sides and base of excavation as per clause 503, back filling the pot holes with hot bituminous material as per clause 504, compacting, trimming and finishing the surface to form a smooth continuous surface, all as per clause 3004.2, including cost of all materials, labour, hire chargs of machinery, lead, lift, loading, unloading stacking trnaporting etc., complete including lead for Bitumen and Emulsion. Using Grading II Material.

Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 bitumen emulsion complying IS-8887 on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.as per table-500-3, including cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, loading & unloading etc., complete, including lead for emulsion.

Providing and applying Tack coat as per table 500-5 on prepared surface using Rapid setting bituminous (RS-1) emulsion complying with IS 8887 of approved quality and make including including cleaning of road surface by mechanical broom & dusting by Air compressor and spraying by Bitumen Pressure distributor, including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, loading, unloading stacking etc., complete including lead for emulsion., using Rapid setting bituminous emulsion (RS-1), On bituminous Surface @2 kg/ 10 sqm

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-40 paving bitumen as per clause 504.3.1 complying with IS-73-2013 of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder at 4.5 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects including cost of all materials all labour, usage charges of all machinery all lead, lifts, loading, unloading stacking transporting etc., complete, including lead for bitumen, with a lead of mixed material , excluding cost of primer/ tack coat - 50-75 mm compacted thickness., Using Bitumen 30/40 Grade (VG-40)

Bituminous Concrete - Grading -II : Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-40 paving bitumen as per clause 504.3.1 complying with IS-73-2013 of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder at 5.4 per cent of mix and filler at 2% by weight of agregate, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects including cost of all materials all labour, usage charges of all machinery all lead, lifts, loading, unloading stacking transporting etc., complete, except lead for bitumen, with a lead of mixed material upto 1 km, excluding cost of primer/ tack coat- 30-40 mm compacted thickness.
