Taking down/dismantling LT PCC/steel tubular poles ,studs,insulator including V clamp,cross arms , earth wire support etc and removing from site complete all as directed.

Supplying, transporting and erecting in position steel tubular swaged poles 410-SP-31 type, 9.00 M long complete with mild steel base plate, CI finial taper, bolts, nuts and washers etc. including necessary excavation and earth work, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 in foundations, PCC 1:3:6 type C2 around pole up to GL and PCC 1:3:6 type C1 as in plinth block, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed, painting steel tubular poles exposed surafces with Aluminium paint two coats over one coat of red oxide primer and providing 3 bands/ straps with synthetic paint colour from plinth block and numbering of poles, painting embedded portion of poles with one coat of bituminous paint complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr depth and getting out for taking out / laying of cable complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and depth beyond the first 1.5 mtr for foundation ect. Or for shafts, well, cesspits, mainholes etc in any type of soil and getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level all as specified and directed.

Supply and providing sand cushioning with dry clean sand 15 cm below cable and 8 cm above the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness shall be measured for the purpose of payments.

Supply and laying unreinforced precast cement concrete cable covers, Class LV, Type-1, with peak, size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed..

Removing surplus excavated material not exc 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation mass concrete and filling including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered complete with necessary use and waste of form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of 100 mm bore GI pipe light grade fixed on pole /trenches/wall/road crossing etc complete with clamp nut bolt etc all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of 50 mm bore GI pipe light grade fixed on pole /trenches/wall/road crossing etc complete with clamp nut bolt etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for trenchless boring under road crossings/foot paths by manual / Boring machine complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down outdoor type LT Panel by disconnecting all connections very carefully including necessary switchgear and removing from site complete all as directed.

Supply and installation testing and and commissioning outdoor LT panel totally enclosed weather and vermin proof, suitably ventilated, 440 Volts, 50HZ,AC supply, fully compartamentalised cubical type made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet steel for, protection of enclosure IP-54 as per IS-2147 of 1962 complete with pretreatment and powder coating of approved colour including suitable angle 50mm x 50mm x 6mm iron/flat iron frame work/supports, hinged door , front and rear opening and locking arrangements, cable gland and lugs for incoming and outgoing cables, necessary excavation and earth work PCC foundation etc deemed to be inclided in quoted rate, switchgear fitted and connected internally complete with bus bar as per capacity of switchgear all as directed and specified by Engr-in-charge :- (a) 4 Nos verticle copper bus bar of equal size of aluminium conductor with PVC coloured heat shrinkable type sleeves contiuous rating 250 Amps with provision to connect the outgoing cable. (b) LED type indicating lamp for R,Y,B phases at incoming side. Digital Ammeter with suitable CT for RYB phases and build in selector switch -01 Nos. Digital voltmeter for RYB phases protected through 1 Amps fuse with selector switch 01 Nos. All wiring to be completed bt 2.5 sqmm pvc wire multistranded single core wire. Dismantling and taking down old unserviceable street light fitting/bldg security light fittings/High Mast Light fitting/Post top laltern of any capacity from upto 20 mtr height of pole /wall incl disconnecting the cable connections complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement service bracket for street light fitting made out of 40 mm bore light grade GI pipe of length 1.5 mtr long (approx) bend to shape 115 degree and fix to pole for fixing of street light fitting on pole/wall etc fixed with 2 Nos 32x 6 mm GI clamp, Nut,bolts,washer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 1.5 Sqmm, single core Two runs PVC insulated and unsheathed FR cable 1100 Volts grade with multistranded copper conductor and one run of 1.5 Sqmm cable for common earth dolly drawn through heavy duty PVC conduit for street light pole including connection from kiosk box to street light fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix and Fix Heavy duty PVC Non metallic conduit of external dia 20 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/ Taking down LT insulator, 1100 volts of any description , complete all as directed.

Dismantling/ Taking down earth/ craddle wire of any description , complete all as directed.
