Providing, supplying and laying trowel finish with neat cement punning @ 1 Kg/sqm of the area mixed with water proofing compound on green concrete surfaces of 1 kg/sqm of the area on green concrete surfaces of roof after screed as specified and/or as shown in the drawings, all materials and labour complete.

Removal of loose/broken plaster on parapet walls including cleaning and disposing off the debris to ground level upto a lead of 50m, all materials, tools, plant & labour complete in all respect as directed by engineer.

Providing, supplying and laying Brickwork using 5 designation bricks conform­ing to IS:1077-1992 in cement mortar 1:4 (1cement:4sand) in Parapet walls including plumbing, lining, levelling, finishing, flush, and curing etc. complete at all locations as directed by engineer.

Providing and laying PCC coping (M-10 using 10mm down aggregates) on top of parapet walls in slope as directed by Engineer.

Providing, supplying and laying 12 mm thick cement plaster with 1:6 cement mortar (1 cement : 6 sand) in one layer on faces of parapet walls including necessary dabbing, curing, scaffolding complete at all heights and depths as per direction of engineer (Including cost of materials)

Waterproofing with Single Component PU(Polyurethane): Providing, supplying and applying single component elastomeric polyurethane based waterproof coating (minimum 1.5mm thick) having an elongation capacity over 500% and that cures by reaction with atmospheric moisture to form a tough but flexible, elastomeric, seamless waterproof membrane of 1.5mm thick DFT. polyurethane waterproofing system of approved make shall be applied directly above RCC slab on coating of PU primer followed by spray/roller/brush applied PU waterproofing applied at 2.5kgs per sqmt evenly spread covering all horizontal and vertical areas. Product shall be applied in two-three coats as per site requirement. The product shall be taken minimum 300mm vertically areas above levelled surface made after cement punning (to be protected with single component UV Top coat. Single component PU waterproofing shall have tensile strength of ≥2 MPa and elongation of ≥500% when tested as per ASTM D 412 and DIN 52455 respectively, crack bridging upto 2mm as per ASTM C 1305. The minimum solid content shall be 65%. The rate shall include all by-works including the whole area primer epoxy layer (8-10 t/m2)and shall be as per the manufacturer’s specification.

Protection of Waterproofing : Providing, supplying & laying of 110 GSM Non Woven Geo-textile membrane for protection of waterproofing membrane complete in all respect, including all by-works for protection of PU Coating.

Screed Concrete : Providing, supplying and laying 50mm to 100 mm thick screed concrete of M15 grade using 10mm downgraded aggregates preferably using concrete pump and ready mix concrete over geo-textile membrane, in panels of 2.0m x 2.0m panel with intermediates 10 mmX 6 mm grooves sealed with UV resistant PU Sealant with minimum slope of 1:100 towards drain points as per the manufacturer’s specification, mixed with approved integral waterproofing compound confirming to IS 2645, including preparation of surface, finishing near vertical surfaces/parapets as required, final finishing, curing etc., all complete as per manufacture's specifications and instruction of the engineer.

Transportation, carriage and disposal of debris, rubbish and unserviceable waste etc. including loading, unloading, stacking, leveling by mechanical means, dressing etc. with all bye works complete as per specification and instruction of the engineer, up to a lead of 2Km beyond initial lead of 50m (Disposal location shall be indicated by MECON).
