Lustre Paint: Providing and applying three coats of Lustre enamel paint of desired shade, of Asian / Berger / ICI paints or equivalent on internal wall surfaces wherever required at all heights to give an even and uniform shade, applied over a coat of primer and putty "Altek" or "Wall care" or approved equivalent as per manufacturer specification fully to give a smooth and even surface including thoroughly brushing the surface free from water / mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth, complete per manufacturers specifications and as directed.

Gypsum board ceiling : Providing & Fixing suspended false ceiling consisting of 12.5mm thick Gyproc Gypsum plaster board suspended on Jindal GI framework. GI framework to consist of GI perimeter channels 0.55mm thick 20mm x 30mm along perimeter of false ceiling of ceiling, screw fixed to wall/partition with nylon sleeves and screws @ 600mm c/c. Suspending GI intermediate channels of size 0.9mm thick 45mm x 15mm from the soffit at max dist 1220mm c/c with ceiling angle 0.55mm thick 25mm x 10mm fixed to soffit using GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners. Ceiling section 0.55mm thick web size 51.5mm and flanges 26mm each and 10.5mm lips are fixed to perpendicular to intermediate channel @ 457mm c/c using connecting clips. 12.5mm tapered edge plasterboard (IS 2095-1982) is screw fixed to ceiling section with 25mm drywall screws @ 230mm c/c. Boards to be finished with proprietary supplied jointing tape and jointing compound and sand papered to achieve a smooth and seamless finish. Two coats of gypboard primer to be applied to finished surfaces and then smoothened using chalk putty as directed. All junctions between materials, columns, walls, etc to have a 6mm groove with 12 x 12 x 1.2 mm thk Aluminium `L' angle as per details. Rate quoted to include vertical drops up to 300mm, making cove and all cut-outs required for light fixtures, smoke detectors and other services cut-outs complete as directed by Architect.

PARTITIONS

Plywood Partition: Providing & fixing overall 12mm thick plywood upto 3.60 m height, screw fixed with drywall screws to either side of 48mm Gypsteel Ultra G.I. C stud (0.5mm thick ) placed at 610mm centre to centre in 50mm Gypsteel Ultra G.I. floor & ceiling channel (0.5mm thick), fixed at top and bottom using suitable self tapping screws/metal screws approved by architect. A Gypsteel fixing channel of 99x48x0.9mm thk provided at horizontal joints of two boards screw fixed to the studs using metal to metal flat head screws. finishing with 1.0mm laminate etc complete as per approved shop drawings and Architect's instructions.

Glass Partition: Supplying and Installing GLASS PARTITION system (DORMA make) having minimum overall thickness of 45mm extruded anodized / powder coated Aluminum sections. Fix profile sections for top and verticals, clip-on sections for bottom with snap fit profiles including aluminum extruded T / I sections for every vertical glass joint, two sided 3M tape, EPDM gaskets, and 11.50mm thick laminated clear float glass - Asahi/Saint Gobain/ Modi make (5mm glass + 1.5mm PVB + 5mm glass), all necessary screws, hardware, fitting and fixtures. Partion and Door system should provide minimum 36 DB sound insulation with manufacturer's certification etc complete as per manufactures specifications, approved shop drawing and Architect's instructions.
