The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - 15 years of total work experience in the power sector, including 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction of 132 kV or higher voltage rating GIS for the Project Manager position. - 10 years of total work experience, including 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer/Supervisor in the construction of 132 kV or higher voltage rating GIS, for the Project Site Engineer Electrical position. - 10 years of total work experience, including 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer/Supervisor in the construction of 132 kV or higher voltage rating GIS, for the Project Site Engineer Civil position. - 10 years of total work experience, including 5 years of experience as a Supervisor in EHS activities in substation works, for the EHS Supervisor position. The bidder should have participation as contractor, joint venture member, management contractor, or subcontractor, in contracts for 110 kV or higher voltage level GIS within the last 10 years. The total value of such contracts shall be at least Rs. 43.77 crore and the number of such contracts shall not be more than three. At least two of these contracts should have been successfully completed. Additionally, the bidder must have successfully erected, tested, and commissioned at least one 110KV or higher voltage level GIS having minimum two circuit breaker terminal bays during the last 10 years. The bidder should have experience in carrying out civil works related to 110 kV or higher voltage substation. The Average Annual Turnover shall be not less than 60% of the sub-contracted value in the last three years. For 132kV GIS and 33kV GIS, the bidder must have been in the business of designing and manufacturing 110kV or higher voltage GIS equipment for the last 5 years, with at least 3 such installations in successful operation in India for at least 2 years.
