The bidder should have prior work experience in certain areas, including: 1. Setting up minimum 10000 consumers' broadband connection in a single State, with marks awarded as follows: - >= 10000 Nos and <= 12500 Nos: 5 Marks - > 12500 Nos and <= 15000 Nos: 7 Marks - > 15000 Nos: 10 Marks 2. Having at least 7000 Active customers as on 31st December 2024, with marks awarded as follows: - >= 7000 and < 14000 Customers: 5 Marks - >= 14000 Customer and <= 21000 Customer: 7 Marks - > 21000 Customer: 10 marks 3. Project Experience of bidder for Multi Location Networking / Bharatnet / S W A N / Smart City Project, with a per project minimum value of INR 30 Cr during the last 7 Years. The bidder should also have undertaken "Similar Nature of work" of at least one order of an amount not less than INR 60 Crores or Two Orders of an amount not less than INR 40 Crores each or Three Orders of an amount not less than INR 30 Crores each, over the preceding 3 financial years. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. In terms of monetary values, the bidder's average annual turnover should be a minimum of INR 140 Crores over the last three financial years, with marks awarded as follows: - >= 140 Crore and <= 210 Crore: 05 Marks - > 210 Crore and <= 280 Crore: 10 Marks - > 280 Crore: 15 Marks The bidder should have an average annual turnover of not less than INR 140 Crores and should have positive net worth during the last 3 financial years.
