The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in similar work under single or multiple contracts. The bidder should meet one of the following minimum criteria: * Experience in similar work under a single contract, costing not less than 70% of the estimated amount of the project. * Experience in similar works under two contracts, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated amount of the project. * Experience in similar works under three contracts, each costing not less than 30% of the estimated amount of the project. In the case of a joint venture, collectively, the partners should meet the criteria mentioned above. However, each partner should have completed at least one contract costing not less than 30% of the estimated amount of the project. The value and percentage of similar works completed are: - At least one contract of minimum 40% of the estimated cost for one of the partners in a Joint Venture. - Other partners in a Joint Venture should have at least one contract of minimum 30% of the estimated cost. - For individual bidders, the requirements are: A) 1 contract of minimum 40% of the estimated cost, 1 contract of minimum 40% of the estimated cost, 1 contract of minimum 30% of the estimated cost. B) 1 contract of minimum 30% of the estimated cost, 1 contract of minimum 30% of the estimated cost, 1 contract of minimum 30% of the estimated cost. The works under the above contracts should be completed works only, and the estimated amount of the project is used as a reference for the percentage values. The percentages mentioned are 70%, 40%, and 30% of the estimated amount of the project. The bidder's work experiences shall be considered only if the works have been executed under Govt./Semi-Govt./autonomous body of Central/State Govt./Electricity Power Utility/ Power Deptt. in India only. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in one or more sectors such as Electrical Transmission sector, Sub-transmission sector, and Electrical distribution sector, with construction works undertaken being of the nature of one or more of the following: EHT lines, HT lines, LT lines, Distribution transformers, and Substations. However, experience in only LT lines would not be considered eligible. The bidder's experience as part of a Joint Venture or consortium or a sub-Contractor/Bidder will be considered for evaluation if the bidder provides LOA/W.O, Contract Agreement, JV Agreement along with successful work completion approval/acceptance of the mentioned works from the end-customer or the distribution company. The experience shall be considered as per the ratio of each partner (financial/Ex-work) as per the JV agreement for that particular LOA/W.O. Additionally, the bidder is required to have a project manager with 15 years' experience in executing contracts of comparable nature, including not less than five years as a manager. The CVs of other employees to be deputed for the subject work are also required.
