Deepening of 25 S winze: Construction of Shaft Platt (2 no.) at 13 th & 14th level for 5 metre from the edge of the shaft of 6 metre wide x 3.5 metre height including drilling, blasting, muck removal and disposal to void stopes to a maximum distance 100 metre at 10th L, ventilation, scaling down of loose rock as per approved design.

Deepening of 25 S winze: Construction of 50T bin at 13th & 14th Level with grizzly and steel chute below the bin for loading skip.

Deepening of 25 S winze: Excavation of pump sump at 13thL of 10 m length x 6 m width x 7 m depth, north of 25 S winze and installation of an electric centrifugal pump with 125 m head complete with electricals and 4 inch GI pipe line laying through the 25S winze up to 10th L pump sump. The job includes procuring and installation of all items.

Deepening of 25 S winze: Fabrication & Erection : Procure, fabricate and Erection of steel structure of any size and section in shaft as per approved drawing

Deepening of Sub Incline: Deepening by pilot raising of size 2.4 m x 1.8 m and then widening and heightening to 4.9 m(W) x 2.3 m (H) unlined size Sub Incline 350 inclination from 17 m below 13th level to 14th level (including 5 m deepening below 14th L) ,under all the conditions including spillage/sludge cleaning, drilling, blasting, muck removal and disposal to void stopes if available otherwise hoist to surface, rock bolting, excavation of manholes as per MMR 1961, pumping of water to any extent, ventilation, scaling of loose rock , supply & laying of 60 lb track of 1m gauge on RCC/steel sleepers at maximum 1.5m interval with round guide roller (specifications : length 9" of both end tapered dia 9.5" and middle portion of 7" having dia of 4" made aluminum cast and 1.25" axle of 16" length) mounted on floor at 5m interval as per approved design.

Deepening of Sub Incline: Providing, transmitting, placing of RCC of 300 mm thickness of M-25 grade at sub incline and plat from 13th to 14th level in sides and roof including providing, fixing, and removal of steel shuttering plates, staging, centering, cutting, bending, binding, fixing, welding including carriage of steel reinforcement, vibrating of concrete, fixing of insert plates and dowel bars as directed inclusive of all labour, material incidental charges etc. complete as per the drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge including cost of reinforcement steel and cement.

Deepening of Sub Incline:Construction of Shaft Plat (2 no.) from 13th L & 14th level for 10 meter from the edge of the shaft of 10 meter wide x 5 meter height including drilling, blasting, muck removal and disposal to void stopes to a maximum distance 100 meter at 10th L, ventilation, scaling down of loose rock as per approved design.

Deepening of Sub Incline:Fabricate, lower, install steel structure of various sizes and sections in the shaft for platform plat at 13th L & 14th L as per approved drawing.

Deepening of Sub Incline: Construction of 500 T ore bin at 13th L with grizzly 1 No. and Electro hydraulic Rock Breaker, along with skip loading chute, rock bolting of the bin from inside and platforms for men to operate, bell signaling system with phone. The job includes drilling blasting, mucking and disposal via 25 S Winze to 10th L void stopes.

Deepening of Sub Incline: Construction of Spillage raise with chute from 14th L to collect the spillage out of hoisting from 13th L ore bin along with steel chute at 14th L to load side tipping mine car and dumping in to 14th L 25S Winze bin to be hoist to 10th L and dumped at 10th ore bin.

Deepening of Sub Incline: Procurement and Installation of pipe lines as per approved drawing from 12th L to 14th L at a height of 2 meter in one side of drive including minimum two supports of each 6 meter long pipe by eye hook duly grouted on side wall and suspension of pipe by wire rope with steel clamp of suitable size for Size 6” MS Flanged pipe with corrosion proof paint

Deepening of Sub Incline: Procurement and Installation of pipe lines as per approved drawing from 12th L to 14th L at a height of 2 meter in one side of drive including minimum two supports of each 6 meter long pipe by eye hook duly grouted on side wall and suspension of pipe by wire rope with steel clamp of suitable size for Drilling pipe 63 mm dia HDPE pipe

Deepening of Sub Incline: Procurement and Installation of pipe lines as per approved drawing from 12th L to 14th L at a height of 2 meter in one side of drive including minimum two supports of each 6 meter long pipe by eye hook duly grouted on side wall and suspension of pipe by wire rope with steel clamp of suitable size for GI flanged pipe (1") of B class

Deepening of No.4 shaft: Raise of 2.4 m x 1.4 m for Bin along with rock bolting at 14th L

Deepening of No.4 shaft: 14th L Spillage Bin Raise of 2.4 m x 1.8 m along with rock bolting

Deepening of No.4 shaft: Deepening of No.4 shaft of 4.4 m width x 2.6 m height from 10th level to below 14th L at 400 inclination. The job includes cleaning of accumulated spillage in the spillage raise at 10th L via 1200 S Winze to 9th L ore bin. Excavation of hoist chamber, rope raise, bin for waste rock handling with chute. Construction of a concrete wall below the spillage raise to completely block the shaft. Drilling, blasting, mucking and hoisting to 10th L and subsequent hoisting to 8th level via 1200S Winze to dispose the waste in void stopes. Installation excavation of manholes as per MMR 1961, pumping of water to any extent, ventilation, scaling of loose rock , supply & laying of 60lb track of 1m gauge on RCC/steel sleepers at maximum 1.5m interval with round guide roller (specifications : length 9" of both end tapered dia 9.5" and middle portion of 7" having dia of 4" made aluminum cast and 1.25" axle of 16" length) mounted on floor at 5m interval as per approved design.

Deepening of No.4 shaft: Installation of hoist with man riding facility with all electrical, signaling systems etc. as per DGMS guide lines. Installation of sheave wheel with suitable diameter steel rope.

Deepening of No.4 shaft: Construction of Shaft Platt (5 no.) from 10th to 14th level for 10 meter from the edge of the shaft of 10 meter wide x 5 meter height including drilling, blasting, muck removal and disposal to void stopes to a maximum distance 150 meter at various levels, ventilation, scaling down of loose rock as per approved design.

Deepening of No.4 shaft:Construction of 500 T ore bin at 13th L with pre-cast grizzly supported by steel girders of sufficient strength. Rock bolting the bin from inside, and installing an Electro Hydraulic Rock Breaker with all electricals with foundation required to install the rock breaker. The job involves drilling, blasting rock bolting, mucking the ore and hoisting the waste through hoist and 1200 S Winze and hoisting to 8th level and dumping in void stopes.

Deepening of No.4 shaft: Construction of 50 T bin at 14th L No.4 Shaft with grizzly and steel chutes for loading both the skips. Inside the bin must be rock bolted.

Deepening of No.4 shaft: Construction of spillage raise from 14th L to hole through below loading chute of 13th L. The job involves drilling, blasting mucking rock bolting etc.

Deepening of No.4 shaft: Excavation of Pump sump at 13th L, close to No. 4 shaft cross cut and Installation of electric centrifugal pump with all electrical, and laying of 4 inch delivery water line with flanges and non-return valves etc from 13th L to 9th L pump sump with a head of 165 m. The job includes procuring and installation of all items.

Development and Other Excavations: Excavation for drive (horizontal) 3m wide x 2.4 m high at various levels including drilling, blasting, muck removal and disposal, ventilation, pumping & dewatering, scaling down of loose rocks and rock bolting (at 1.5m x 1.5m grid of 20 mm tor-steel of 1.5 m length) with bearing plat of 150x 150 mm square and 8 mm thickness having 150 mm threaded with hexagonal nut as per approved drawing.

Development and Other Excavations: Drop raise vertical. 2.4 m x 2.4 m. Involves drilling, blasting, mucking and hoisting to the designated void stopes.

Development and Other Excavations: Excavation of raises to a size of 2 m wide x 1.8 m high, approx. 65m long, at various U/G levels including drilling, blasting, muck removal and disposal, ventilation, scaling down of loose rocks and rock bolting (at 1.2m x 1.2m grid of 20 mm torsteel of 1.5 m length) with bearing plat of 150x 150 mm square and 8 mm thickness having 150 mm threaded with hexagonal nut.

Development and Other Excavations: Underground diamond drilling of AX Size (1 3/8”) coring of maximum length of 100 meter in any direction inclusive of all work as specified in tender document..

Development and Other Excavations: Procurement, and installation of pipe lines as per approved drawing at various development headings at a height of 2 meter in one side of drive including minimum two supports of each 6 meter long pipe by eye hook duly grouted on side wall and suspension of pipe by wire rope with steel clamp of suitable size for Size 4” GI pipe with reducer & valve, coated with corrosion proof paint

Development and Other Excavations: Procurement, and installation of pipe lines as per approved drawing at various development headings at a height of 2 meter in one side of drive including minimum two supports of each 6 meter long pipe by eye hook duly grouted on side wall and suspension of pipe by wire rope with steel clamp of suitable size for Drilling pipe 63 mm dia HDPE pipe

Development and Other Excavations: Procurement, and laying of 30 lbs track at various u/g levels on RCC/wooden sleepers with proper fish plates, nut & bolts with rail sidings, placed at 1m interval at 2' gauge with crossing including supply of accessories

Development and Other Excavations: Procurement, and Installation of light fittings in main haulage levels at 6m interval including lighting cable, transformer etc.

Development and Other Excavations: Construction of manholes in underground at various levels & winzes as per MMR 1961
