Acoustic Treatment of Three side Walls of the Stage Portion (Rate also includes provision of necessary cut outs, if any for A.C. Grills, lights, fans etc. and their covering arrangement as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.) Providing, fitting & fixing of wall panel for full height from floor level to false ceiling level. G.I. frame work to be fixed on wall, thereafter glass wool 50 mm thk. having density 32 to 48 kgs/cum. tie up by Galvanized Wire mesh and wire to avoid sagging of glass wool. On top of glass wool providing 12.5 mm thick gypsum board (GYPBOARD) panel (conforming to IS:2095-1982) of 15% perforation or necessary perforation / fully perforated with as the decoration fixed with dry wall screw of 25 mm long 300 mm centre to centre apart. Finally the face layers of the boards are to be joined so as to have a finished flushed look which includes filling and finishing with jointing compound paper tape complete with one coat special gypsum primer and two coats of acrylic emulsion paint finish. (as per recommended practice of India Gypsum) to match with the asthetic decoration of the auditorium, all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Acoustic Treatment of Ceiling of the Main Hall and the Stage Portion. (Rate also includes provision of necessary cut outs, if any for A.C. Grills, lights, fans etc. and their covering arrangement as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.) (A) Acoustic Treatment of Ceiling of the Main Hall including decorative finishing as per final working design. Providing, fitting, fixing of acoustic treatment at the False Ceiling area of the Main Hall by gypsum board (GYPBOARD) panel (conforming to IS:2095-1982) of 15% perforation / necessary perforation / fully perforated / fabric board / plain board / wooden board etc. as per aesthetic decoration fitted on gyp steel frame work with GI channels / angles. Thereafter on top of the Gyp board 50 mm thick Glass wools lab having density 32 kg / cum tie up with the gyp steel frame work by galvanized wire mesh and galvanized wire to avoid sagging of glass wool backed with thick polythene sheet. Finally the face layers of the boards are to be joined so as to have a finished flushed look which includes filling and finishing with jointing compound paper tape complete with one coat special gypsum primer and two coats of acrylic emulsion paint finish. (as per recommended practice of India Gypsum) to match with the aesthetic decoration of the Main Hall, all complete as per specification and direction. (B) Acoustic Treatment of Ceiling of the Stage portion. Providing, fitting, fixing of acoustic treatment at the False Ceiling area of the Main Hall by gypsum board (GYPBOARD) panel (conforming to IS:2095-1982) of 15 % perforation or necessary perforation / fully fissured with aesthetic decoration fitted on gyp steel framework with GI channels / angles, suspended from MS Truss System of the roof at the ceiling level adequately strengthened by GI angles (65mmx65mmx6mm) from the truss. Thereafter on top of the Gyp board 50 mm thick Glass wools lab having density 32 kg / cum tie up with the gyp steel framework by galvanized wire mesh and galvanized wire to avoid sagging of glass wool backed thick polythene sheet. Finally the face layers of the boards are to be joined so as to have a finished flushed look which includes filling and finishing with jointing compound paper tape complete with one coat special gypsum primer and two coats of acrylic emulsion paint finish. (as per recommended practice of India Gypsum) to match with the aesthetic decoration of the Main Hall, all complete as per specification and direction. This treatment of ceiling at the stage portion are to be provided in such away that would be no hindrance for facilitating the hanging arrangement of the stage craft. Providing, fitting, fixing of wooden panel in between the lower and middle part of the side wall around the wooden door frames with motif designed tiles / plates of plaster of paris models of 450 mm (approximately) height aesthetically painted, finished as pelmet to maintain the aesthetic design of the Main Hall. These are to be provided on both side walls of the Main Hall.

PELMET over the Entry / Exit doors within the Main hall Providing, fitting, fixing of wooden panel in between the lower and middle part of the side wall around the wooden door frames with motif designed tiles / plate of plaster of paris models of 450 mm (approximately) height aesthetically painted finished as pelmet to maintain the aesthetic design of the Main Hall. These are to be provided on both side walls of the Main Halls.

Engineered Hard wood flooring of Sqarefoot/Pergo/Armstrong make at STAGE AREA.

Panelled Wooden Doors Providing and fixing of wooden paneled door with high transmission loss single plank quality teak wood of 35 mm thickness and proper sealed to avoid flaking noise, designed and polished finish all complete with necessary fitting, locks etc.

STAGE CRAFT

MAINCURTAIN:- Supply, fitting, fixing, One no. Horizontal movement electrical operate motorized curtain control equipment comprising of : a) one no. winding drum. b) one no. 1 H.P. single phase 230V. 1440 RPM Crompton greaves electric induction motor. c) one no. push button control station. d) one no. automatic control reversible motor starter. e) one lot curtain truck. f) driving ‘V’ belts. g) one lot side pulley with bracket. h) one lot curtain truck runner. i) required size 3 mm heavy duty wire rope. k) one lot foundation bolt etc and Vertical straight frill corrugated design horizontal movement good quality velvet cloth curtain duly stitched with tape, ring, etc, in two parts as main curtain.

PROSCENIUM AND CURTAIN ENTRY BOX. Providing and Fixing, and fabricating of proscenium and curtain entry box on the both side of the stage complete with 50mmX 50mm M.S. square tube complete with black enamel paint. Finishing will be polish/paint/fabric etc. as per design on 6mm ply.

Auditorium Lighting

Lighting Arrangement of Main Hall , Stage portion and Dressing Room Providing, fitting, fixing of total electrical arrangement for the Main Hall , Stage Portion and Dressing Room. The total wiring will be done with ISI make in pvc pipes. The switches will be modular of ISI make. Down light fittings, Strip light etc for tray and Bracket lights as per design, ISI make.
