Luminarie shall be confirm to IS: 10322 part-5/section-5 and shall be complete with all neccssary accessories as required

Supplyng and fixing cable junction box with 6 amp SP MCB (Make- Sintex/ Hensel or equi)

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in existing surface / recessed steel / PVC conduit including dismantling as required

Supply of XLPE insualted PVC shehated heavy duty, armoured electrical cable with aluminium conductor for working voltage upto 1100 votls, includign conforms to IS:7098, Part-1) a) 4 core 16 sq mm

a) 2 core 6 sq mm (for Garden lgiht)

b) 4 core 10 sq mm (for pathway light)

c) 3.5 core 25 sq mm (Service connection from ple to feeder pillar)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size not exceeding 35 sq mm directr in ground including excavation, and refilling the trench etc as rquired, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering.

Supplying and fixing Tubular G.I pole in 3 section (Medium class) 100 mm 1.5mtr, 80mm 1 mtr & 65 mm 0.5mtr) includgin fabrication, welding charge, 2 coat red oxide steel primer and 2 coat aluminium paint etc all complete as reqd.

Supply of 16mtr. High mast in two section Construction S355 grade as per BS-EN 10 025 Top Dia 150mm, bottom dia 360mm, plate thickness 3mm, 20side polygon, galvanisation as per BS EN ISO 1461, base plate dia 520mm, base plate thickness 25mm, GI single spike lighting protection, maximum wind speed 47 m/s with 6 nos foundation bolts of PCD 445mm TS 600/ 24mm dia/850 mm long. Luminaries carriage : Material for 40 NB ERW Class B – M.S. Pipe, dia of carriage ring 450mm (ID) with 8/12 arm, welded, 2 sections having carrying capacity upto 8/12 luminaries. Trailing Cable : 5 core 2.5sq.mm. PVC flexible copper conductor Winch/Power Tool : Double drum, SWL 350 kg with 1HP 6 pole single speed integral motor Rope : Grade AISI 304, 7/19 construction, dia 5mm, BLC 1450 x 2 having 2 nos of continues rope. Aviation obstruction light : twin dome aviation obstruction lights LED type as required. 2 no 9A contactors and raise lower push button, incoming 35sq.mm. and outgoing 16 & 2.5 sq.mm. terminals.

For 16 mtr. High mast : ITC of the high mast and light fixture with the help of suitable tools and plants, wiring of luminaries with all wiring material like PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible cable of suitable copper conductor lugs, MCB and all labour & construction of shallow foundation with M25 grade concrete for the high mast considering safe soil bearing capacity of 10T/ mtrs sq. for 16 M High mast.

Outdoor stand mounted Feeder Panel with 63amp TP&N, MCB incomer, 65amp TP contactor automatic switching of luminaries, power tool control incommer outgoing terminal etc as reqd. (for high mast)

Earthing with copper earth plate 600mm x 600mm x 3mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. (with charcoal or coke and salt) as required.

Supply and laying 8 SWG copper wire at 0.50 metre below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including solding etc. as required.

Fabriction and installation of cubical panel with following accessories made of 16 SWG MS sheet painted with one coat steel primer and two coat power spray pinting with approved shade making PCC plinth and foundtion includign fitting/ fixing/ connection & Transportation upto work site, labour charge etc all complete (50% of Part A)
