Fixing, connection, testing, commissioning & Supply of Thermoplastic circuit breaker boxes with protective cover, IP65 protection similar to Cat No.-KV7106 of HENSEL, 1row 6 modules having 2XM20 knockouts each at top and bottom walls - 1 nos, alongwith Grommets IP65 M20-4 Nos 4 including supply of single core 10 Sq.mm multistrand cable-6 Meter Circuit breaker boxes should be fixed on OHE mast with proper clamping arrangement comprising MS flat 32mm and suitable bolts nuts and washers as per the site requirement including connection with crimping of cable ends with copper reducing lugs 6 Sq.mm (bottleneck type 4 nos. dowells make) as requirred under the supervision of site incharge.

Wiring of sub-Main Line with FRLS copper wire single core size 6mm2 multistrand with PVC pipe concealed with proper excavation and refilling the wall with proper plastering. (Wire Make- Havells,anchor, Finolex, Polycab, Mescab & KEI)

Trenching, laying and back filling of XLPE cable as per Sr.DEE(G)/DHN's drg. No. EL/486-01 (cable will be supplied by the Railway)

Laying and fixing PVC/XLPE cables of different sizes ranging from 25 sq mm to 120 sq mm on surface of the wall (normally concealed)/steel structure as per the requirement of site with proper clamping arrangement as required at every 1/2 metre. (Cable will be supplied by Railway)

Trenching, laying and back filling of XLPE cable on pucca/concrete road or 8 concrete/tiled floor through making a trench of 6 inchs depth and 6 inches wide on the road / floor and refilling the trench with cement concrete (1:3:6) and finished to smooth surface. (cable will be supplied by the Railway)

Cable crossing across railway track/pucca road by boring hole at depth of 01 mtr by using 01(one) nos 100mm dia GI pipe(medium grade) with accessories.GI pipe with accessories will be supplied by the contractor. (cable will be supplied by the Railway)

Provision (Supply and erection) of Earthing station (RI-7021) as per Drg.No. ETI/ OHE/P/ 7020 or latest (The price shall cover supply and erection of an earth electrode (RI 7021) as per drawing no. ETI/OHE/P/7020. The price shall also cover the provision of a protective concrete Box with removable MS cover. The material should confirm to ACTM vol. II Part II Para 7.1.1 with figure A 3.01. The price shall cover the testing of earth value and painting the value on the earth pit. The 10 earth electrode shall normally be of mild steel galvanized perforated pipe of not less than 44 mm nominal bore and about 3 meter length provided with a spike at one end and welded lug suitable for connecting directly Earth wire/MS flat of required size at other end. The connection of Earth wire/M S flats to each electrode shall be made through M S links by bolted joints, fasteners to be supplied by the contractor. The earth surrounding the electrode shall be chemically treated by alternate layers of fine charcoal and salt at least 150 mm all around. The item should be procured from approved supplier of CORE or RDSO, duly inspected by either RITES or Railway Representative deputed by Sr. Div. Elect.Engineer (GS)/ Dhanbad.)

Providing and fixing 06 SWG / 5.0 MM dia GI wire on surface or in recess for loop 11 earthing of street light poles, connection from earth pit to main junction board/panel, connecting different earth pits etc. Connection and Looping of earth wire to be done with suitable fasteners, nuts bolts and washer as required.

Supply,& fixing of Metal body Exhaust Fans (non-capacitor type) No of poles -4 & 12 sweep size 300 mm (Make-Usha,Havells/crompton, Bajaj & Polivab) ( fixing of exhaust fan to be done by cutting the hole of required size along with supply and grouting of required nut, bolt & waser to suit the Ex-fan as per site requirement, including connection. )

Installation, testing commissioning & Supply of submersible copper cable, insulated, sheathed, flat type 3-core 2.5mm2, Water Proof conforming to IS: 694 (Make: Polycab/Havells/Finolex)

Wiring of Sub main concealed/surface(Normally concealed) in separate heavy gauge PVC conduit pipe 20mm size with single core PVC insulated multi strand copper conductor cable 1100 14 Volt confirming to IS:694/1990,2 nos of 2.5 sq.mm each for phase and neutral and 1 no. of 2.5 sq.mm for earth.The colour coding of cable red for phase,black for neutral and green for earth must be maintained . No other sub-main & point wiring will be drawn with this sub-main wiring in same PVC pipe. PVC pipe make - Polycab, Pressfit, Precision. Wire/cable make-Havells, Polycab, Finolex, Mescab

Supply, Installation, testing, commissioning of call bell system with six points LED indication lamp & Reset button and inbuilt buzzer mounting at site as per requirement of site incharge. Make- Dehmy or similar.
