Group-C -Location Boxes-Item No.4-Casting,Concreting and Curing of foundation and erection for 12 full apparatus case(GKP-type)as per DRG No.SGW/MGS/L1/91 includIng cost of all materials required for fixing holding down bolts,casting, concreting and fixing of "E" type lock. Note-i)The contractor will provide holding down bolts. ii)Bottom of appratus cases should be filled with sand and the top surface covered with masonry work and neat cementing.

Group-C -Location Boxes-Item No.5-Casting,Concreting and Curing of foundation and erection for 13 Half apparatus case (GKP-Type) as per DRG No. SGW/MGS/ L1/91 including cost of all materials required for fixing holding down bolts, casting concreting and fixing of E type lock. Note-i)The contractor will provide holding down bolts. ii)Bottom of appratus cases should be filled with sand and the top surface covered with masonry work and neat cementing.

Group-H - Miscellaneous- Item No. 1b)Fixing of Earth electrode including earth wire as per DRG.No.S&T/C-41(NKG) for aparatus cases, signal post and other equipment as per instruction of site engineer all materials except earth electrode shall be supplied by contractor required for exectuion of the work

Group-H - Miscellaneous- Item No. 2- Supply and laying of earth lead wire and soldering of lead 20 wire to earth electrode and apparatus case/ signal post as per instruction on earthing and providing cement enclosure for earth elcetrode as per DRG.No.S&T/C-36 (NKG). This includes supply of all materials by the contractor. Insp- Consignee

Group-H - Miscellaneous- Item No. 3b)-Installation of electrical key transmitter on suitable bracket as per inspection of site engineer., wiring and testing of electrical key transmitter for crank handle arrangement, siding control, LC gate control as per yard diagram approved circuit diagram etc.

Group-G- Signal - Item No.12-Installation, commissioning & testing of LED signals. (Unit-Per Aspect)

Group- J -Tele Work- Item No.3- Laying of 6 quad/ derivation/ PIJF cable in the trenches protective work.(HDPE /GI pipe etc will be supplied by the Rly). Work will be done as per technical supplement and as directed by Engineer at site.

Group- J -Tele Work- Item No.4- Supply. installation of Thermo Shrink Jointing Kit (Spec.no. IRS:TC-77-2012) (Rev.32A-3) or latest.)for Quad/ derivative cable straight through and derivation joint for LC gate etc where VF transformer not required for 6 Quad cable as per technical supplement.

Supply of Disconnect type Terminal, screwless, 2 IN 2 OUT (as per spec. no. RDSO/SPN/189/2004 or latest) along with all accessories including separators for fixing on Cable Termination Rack/Location boxes for Cable Termination Purpose. (Insp-Consignee)

Shifting of location boxes with manual labour , JCB or poclain machine by exposing the cable gently without any damage to location box and inside signalling gear

Horizontal tunnelling through manual boring/HDT machine and placing of 100 MM Inner DIA HDPE/DWC pipe for crossing of Signalling cable together at Bridges/Culverts Track/Pucca Road Crossing. The cost includes Transportation of HDT machine with accessories including handling of stores materials, preparation 3 of site and boring for placing of 100 MM Inner DIA HDPE/DWC pipe for crossing of Signalling cable together at Bridges/Culverts /Track /Pucca Road Crossing, Boring trench shall be minimum 3 Mtr. below the river bed and 1 Mtr. below the Track/Road/ Pucca Road crossing area.This includes supply of accessories and HDPE/ DWC pipes,cost of fuel & all other items which will be required for laying of cable through it. The work shall be executed as per instruction of site engineer. (Insp- Consignee)

Supply and installation of basic earth kit 1 set maintenance free earth as per RDSO spec. No. RDSO/SPN/197/2008 with latest amend consisting of followings. (i)Earth electrode of copper bondedhigh tensil 4 low carbone steel rod, specially designed for electrical grounding as per RDSO Spec.No. RDSO/ SPN/197/ 2008 or latest. (ii)RDSO approved Earth enhancement compaund. 10 Kgs = 3 nos. (iii) Copper tape of 300 X 25 X 6 mm with 99.9% purity - 2 Nos and another 150 x 25 x 6 mm to terminate on earth electrode. (iv) Supply of insulated connecting cable as per RDSO Spec No. RDSO/SPN/197/2008 or latest to connect equipment bus bar 10 meter each earth. (Insp-Consignee)
