Shifting & re-fixing in existing position of channel sleeper for riveting or other purpose 1 in Girder Bridge without damaging the fittings of channel sleeper. The rate includes cost of labour, consumable stores, tools, scaffolding, staging etc. to complete the work in all respect under traffic block/ without traffic block as per site requirement of as per direction of Engineer in charge or site in - charge.

Replacement and strengthening of deck plate/top plate for supplying fabricating and fixing by riveting of all structural memberes with contractors steel tools and plants machinery rivets and all other consumable as well as ancillary items the work also involves removal of existing rivets as per approval drawing werever required and riveting the same. The rate shall be inclusive of all required scaffolding staging formwork temporay arrangements assembling erection fixing riveting welding bolting as per Rly's approved drawing with contactors structural steel category ( as per IS - 2 2062 : 1991 or latest BIS code ) e.g. angles plates channels and other steel section etc. with all required labour tools and plants required for the work all transportation (transportation of new fabricated materials to the site of work ) including all leviable Texas loading unloading incidental charges ascend descend etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge of the work and as per the site measurements/Railways approved drawing in steel girder bridges including trolley refuses man refuses etc. Note : cost of all materials plates angles channels and steel sections along with nuts and bolts included . Fabricated material will metalized before erection . Payment of metalized will be done by separate relevant item.

Supply, fabrication and fixing M.S. Packing plate below channel sleeper as per required thickness to level of running rail along & across as per direction of site incharge. Structural steel confirm to IS:2062-GrB-0/BR. Members are to be fabricated as per direction of Engineer in charge in true alignment, line & level and square. All the fabrication works is to be done as per IRS B1 - 2001 3 specification. The rate includes transporting the fabricated packing plate to the site to complete thework in all respect including contractor's tools plants tackles if any, consumble store to complete the works in all respect. The rate includes fabricataion as well as errection cost with all lead & lift ascent & descent etc. to complete the work in all respect. The rate shall also be inclusive of cutting, edge grinding & straightening of plate, welding in new members by contractors tools, plants, tackles, fixer if any all consumable stores. The contractor will arrange all temporary arrangements, staging, scaffolding including tools and plants to complete the work in all respect.
