Cost towards supplying and commissioning of servo controlled automatic voltage stabilizer suitable for output voltage of 415 volt +/-1%, 3 hp 50hz with copper wound transformer (air /oil cooled) as mentioned below the stabilizer shall function satisfactorily even if incoming supply is unbalanced between phases within range of 10%. Capacity 100 KVA oil cooled make powerline/servokon at intake well as per specification & direction of E/I.

Cost towards supply of 200 amp change over switch with frame.

COST of 3T triple type chain pully block suitable as below with 6m lift complete with laoad chain and hand chain suitable for avove lift, tested 50% over load as per IS 3832 carry ISI etc. all complete job as per the site requirement and indian standard.

Supplying , Installation and commissioning of internal and external lighting by doing wiring and installing lumenaries e.g. suitable Wattage LED light fittings with standard lumen in pump house, gangway etc all complete for Raw Water Pumping Plant, including Lightening Arrester, for pump house fire extingusher, first aid box, etc. as per the direction of E/I.

Cost towards dismanteling of old pump set and foundation and making arrangements for removal of debries from the pump house.

Cost towards Supplying of outdoor type 63 KVA, 11/0.433 copper wound distribution transformer as per latest IS 1180 with offload tap changer! 2.5% to 2.5% is step of 2.5% continuously rated for three phase, 50 Hz full load and temperature rise not exceeding 45C by thermometer in oil and 50C by resistance in winding after continuous run of full load rating. The transformer should have oil immersed winding having vector group of DY/11, HT side connected in delta & LT side connected in star with neutral brought out connected. The transformer should have power terminal bushing arrangement on HT side and cable box in LT side with standard fitting for mounting of transformer with first filling of transformer oil including all accessories .

Cost of construction of DP Structure with suitable no. of required poles, different type of MS channels, M.S. angles, brackets, insulators, three set of horn gap fuse and lightening arrester, nut bolts,DO Fuse, AB switch etc all complete including the cost of fabrication work required for the job, with all required material labours, cost of providing disc & pin insulator for HV and LV side of the transformer, testing of dielectric strength of transformer oil etc. for transmission of power. All complete job as per I.E. rules and specification of Jharkhand state electricity board.

CLEAR WATER PUMPING PLANT - Supplying ,installation and commissioning of Multi stage/ Horizontal Split Casing/Multi stage Centrifugal pump (make: Kirloskar / WPIL/JYOTI/ Mather & Platt) rating-15 KW/20HP as per IS:5120, capable for discharging 75 m3/hr against a head of 45 m , consisting of bronze impellers, stainless steel pump shaft, etc. with all accessories coupled with energy efficient (IE3) TEFC squirrel cage induction motor confirming to IS:325 and IS:12615, having 15% more BHP than that of pump, operating on 1500rpm, 415V, 3 PH, 50 HZ [make: Kirloskar /ABB/CGL/BHEL] all complete with required size of sluice valve and CIDF non- return valve standard fitting, strainers, reducer, foot valve, pressure gauge, MS delivery & Suction pipe, common header, nuts & bolts, packings, fitting & fixing, labour & technician, etc. all complete job as per site requirement and direction of E/I. (Note:-Contractor will have to check the design of pump & motor and get it approved by the Department) Discharging -75 m3/hr and Head - 45M (1W + 1S) 20 HP

Providing , erecting and commissioning LT Motor Control Panel board fabricated with MS sheet and painted, dust-vermin proof. Floor mounted cubical Panel board shall be consisting of proper power distribution 200 A copper busbar- 4 pole, 1 no. 200 A MCCB as incoming feeder and 2 nos. 100A MCCB as outgoing feeders for motors, 1 no. 100 A MCCB as spare feeder (for motor), 2 no. 32A MCB for lighting and other loads. Including selector switches, switch disconnector isolator, Voltmeters, Ampere meters, MFM, indicator lamps, internal wiring, Danger board, protection units & relay, capacitor banks/APFC and 02 nos suitable FASD starter, etc. all complete and as per IS and direction of E/I .)
