Supplying and laying of XLPE/PVC insulated, unarmoured, 1.1 KV grade, 16 Sq mm X 3 core Copper Cable from Panel to Starter to Motor along with all accessories such as suitable Lugs, Clamps, Tapes etc. all complete as per Indian Electricity Rules.

Cost towards dismantling installed C/F pump set with all accessories such as suction and delivery pipe line, foot valve, sluice valve & N.R. valve base plate etc. including demolish old foundation for installation of new pump set, throwing garbage out of the pumping plant and keep in old set to store or as per direction of E/I including cost of labour, tools & tackles.

Cost towards making new PCC foundation with supplying stone chips, sand, cement, in the ratio 3:2:1 respectively about 5’x3’x3’ for above pump sets including foundation bolts with nut and washer and curing plastering of foundation all complete.

Cost towards making and jointing suction and delivery pipe line as required size, including all labour, tools, tackles and materials such as MS Pipe, MS flange, 5/8” nut bolt 12 Kg. including cutting and threading as required by gas welding and electric welding as required etc all complete for installation of pump set on the foundation.

Cost towards replacement of damage panel by supply, installation & commissioning of new free standing type floor mounting industrial panel board comprising 250 Amp. Copper bus-bar 4 nos. in M.S. steel (14SWG) housing. • 200 amp TPN MCCB Make L&T/ ABB/ Schneider/ BCH/ C&S as incoming feeder. • 160 amp TP MCCB Make L&T/ ABB/ Schneider/ BCH/ C&S– 2 nos. as outgoing feeder one for above P/set another for standby set. • Ammeter (0-160 A)- 2 nos. & Voltmeter (0-500V)- 2 nos. C.T. operated with selector switch LMP/ L&T/ C&S make. • Indicating lamp LED – L&T/ SIEMENS/ C&S make in Red, Yellow and Blue colours – 1 set. • 32 amp MCB for light load and other loads of L&T/ Havells/ C&S make. Supply and fitting 250 Amp TPN HRC Type switch fuse unit 1 no. before panel on the wall including required materials such as clamp, nut, bolt etc for the job, Make- L&T/ Havels any reputed make of ISI marked.

Supplying, installation and commissioning of 100 KVA Servo Controlled Automatic Voltage stabilizer suitable for input voltage 280-450 volts, output voltage of 415 volt ± 1%, 3 Ph, 50 Hz, with copper wound transformer (oil cooled), the stabilizer shall function satisfactory even if incoming supply is unbalanced between phases within range of 10%. The stabilizer should be constructed in cubical box with bidirectional wheels for easy handling, necessary monitors and user’s controls on front panel such as indication, alarm, volt meter and selector switch for measuring input and output voltage, Auto/Manual selector switch, Raise/Low push button etc. suitable capacity termination strips and bus bars for incoming and outgoing cable should be provided. All three phases shall independently monitored and corrected.
