Solar Photovoltaic Designing, Supplying, Installation, Testing & Commissioning with all tools & Parts of following Solar Photovoltaic (SPV) Solar Submersible D.C. Water Motor Pump Suitable for minimum 125mm x 115mm bore well as per MNRE Guideline with following specifications & accessories. Suitable size of cable shall be used in sufficient length for inter connection between the SPV array to SPV controller and SPV controller to solar power pump. Provision of cable shall be as per IS 14536. x) The motor pump set should have a 5 years warranty. xi) Control panel suitable for motor pump with arrangement of dry run & over flow protection sensor, float switch & rain prevention box. (As per MNRE Specification) xii) The SPV controller must have IP-65 protection or must be housed in cabinet having at least IP-65 protection. xiii) The system should be as per MNRE guide line & Eco-friendly with suitable arrangement to operate new pump manually. xiv) With third party inspection before dispatch. xv) Provision for web based remote monitoring of the pumps to be installed must be made through the inbuilt controllers . It should be possible to ascertain the daily water output, the power generated by PV Array ,the Up and down time of the pump during the year, number of days the pump was unused or under breakdown repairs. The following details should be marked indelibly on the motor pump set (a) Name of the Manufacturer or Distinctive Logo. (b) Model Number. (c) Serial Number. Solar submersible motor pump (SPV DC Type) ( i) 1 HP (DC Pump) with 900 WP minimum watt P.V. Panel as MNRE pump head Max Shut-off head up to 120 mtrs. Provision of solar night lamp.

Carrying out recuperation/Yield Test for ascertaining the discharge of constructed well/ excavated profile as directed by the IEC. The test out by the drawing down water from the well/ profile below normal/subsoil water level up to full depth rise is recorded the normal water level/subsoil water level in the well / profile as well as strainer/level at pump as per design of W.S. scheme shall be recorded prior to the test including cost of all materials, over Load , Labours etc. complete as directed.
