Subsequently, apply a water-thinnable cement primer of Asian Paints, Berger makes or the equivalent of the approved brand in two or more coats with a VOC concentration not surpassing 50 grams per liter to ensure adherence to environmental standards addressing any scratches or imperfections. Address any surface anomalies/irregularities on the exposed original plastered surface and prepare the surface by applying one or more coats of wall care putty manufactured by M/s Birla Cements or M/s J.K. Cements or with an appropriate wall care putty/Plaster of Paris/ Lappam/putty base, and leveling and finishing the surface smooth to match with adjacent areas at all floors, heights and locations including the cost of materials, labor, scaffolding, tools & plants etc., all complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge
