Providing and fixing Glazed double charged VITRIFIED floor tiles conforming to IS15622 of size above 600x600mm and upto and including 900 x 900mm manufactured by M/s Khajharia, M/s RAK Ceramics M/s Bell Ceramics, NITCO or Johnson or equivalent approved make in different sizes conforming to IS15622 in all colours and shades in Glossy or Matt or satin finish laid over a bed of maid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete as per specifications as directed by the Engineer-in-charge Note: Fixing of glazed/ Ceramic/ Vitrified floor tiles with cement based high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesive (Water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 3mm thickness.

Providing and laying of 1st quality colour ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS15622 in dados of approved shades, pattern, design & colours including darker shade for required height portion as per approved pattern and design of any size 320 x 480mm / 300x600mm / 300x450mm manufactured by M/s Khajharia, M/s RAK Ceramics M/s Bell Ceramics, NITCO or Johnson or equivalent approved make laid over 20 mm or more thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) bedding / backing and fixing the tiles with cement slurry and pointing the joints with matching colour Tile Grout compound of ROFF/Balendura finished to line, level, slope, and plumb including cutting of tiles, making cut outs / opening wherever necessary, wastage, final cleaning of surfaces as required, curing etc., complete with cost of materials, labour, tools & plants, scaffolding all as per specifications and directions of engineer-in-charge.

Making chases up to 7.5x7.5 cm in walls including making good and finishing with matching surfaces after housing G.I. pipe/CPVC pipe/ conduit pipes etc.

Providing and fixing false ceiling Fully Perforated Gypsum Plaster Board of size 1200 x 2400 x12.5 mm having approx. 15 % perforated area with perforation size and pattern as approved by the Engineer-in-charge and as per manufacturer's specification, with all 4 side tapered and backed by acoustical tissue with NRC value not less than 0.60 at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 37mm, at 1200 mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50 mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm centre to centre, to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5 mm, at 450 mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64 mm dia x 230 mm long G.I. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5 mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long, the perimeter

of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25 mm at 230 mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound , jointing tapes , finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150 mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturer's specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Scrapping and removing the damaged portions of the existing oil-bound distemper (admeasuring more than 0.10 Sqm. each in area) from the distemper-painted walls and ceilings. This includes the comprehensive removal of coatings such as dry or oil-bound distemper and waterproofing cement paint, old putty. Utilize scrapping techniques followed by sandpapering to render the substrate uniformly smooth, rectifying any defects or abrasions, and finish by scrapping, chipping, sandpapering, washing with water, etc.. Subsequently, apply a water-thinnable cement primer of Asian Paints, Berger makes or the equivalent of the approved brand in two or more coats with a VOC concentration not surpassing 50 grams per liter to ensure adherence to environmental standards addressing any scratches or imperfections. Address any surface anomalies/irregularities on the exposed original plastered surface and prepare the surface by applying one or more coats of wall care putty manufactured by M/s Birla Cements or M/s J.K. Cements or with an appropriate wall care putty/Plaster of Paris/ Lappam/putty base, and leveling and finishing the surface smooth to match with adjacent areas at all floors, heights and locations including the cost of materials, labor, scaffolding, tools & plants etc., all complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and applying wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour, all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer Incharge.

Providing and fixing Polyester powder coated aluminum (minimum thickness of polyester powder coating 50 microns) aluminum work for doors, windows, ventilators, and partitions with extruded built-up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom, and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket, etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust-free, straight, mitered, and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling, and dash fasteners are to be paid for separately) : providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately)

Providing and fixing glazing With clear float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 10 Kg/Sqm)in aluminum doors, windows, ventilator shutters, and partitions, etc. with EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket, etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge.(Cost of aluminum snap beading shall be paid in basic item

Providing & fixing blackout or thermal fabric of suitable print and colour for the roller blinds , of optimal light control. The fabric must block out at least 95-100% with insulation properties for thermal options. 1. Material Composition: The fabric shall be made of high-quality polyester, PVC-coated polyester, or a combination of synthetic materials that ensures durability, resistance to wear and tear, and easy maintenance. The fabric must be treated to resist fading due to UV exposure. Blackout Fabric: The fabric should have a high opacity (0% light transmission) to ensure complete darkness when the blinds are fully closed.Thermal Fabric: The fabric should have medium opacity (30-50% light transmission), allowing some natural light while providing insulation to maintain room temperature. 2. Thickness: The fabric must have a minimum thickness of 0.3 mm to ensure sufficient durability and structure. This will help in maintaining the smooth operation of the blinds and prevent sagging over time. 3. Thermal Properties (for thermal fabric): The fabric should provide thermal insulation by reducing heat transfer through the window. It should help maintain room temperature, reducing energy costs for cooling in summer and heating in winter.

4. UV Protection: The fabric should block a minimum of 80-90% of UV rays to protect indoor furniture, flooring, and other interiors from fading due to sun exposure. 5. Flame Retardant: The fabric must comply with relevant safety standards and be treated to ensure it is flame retardant for enhanced safety, particularly in commercial or public areas. 6. Maintenance and Cleaning: The fabric must be dust-resistant and easy to clean, either with a soft damp cloth or using vacuum cleaning with a brush attachment. It should not warp, shrink, or discolor after cleaning. 7. Warranty: The fabric must come with a minimum warranty of 2 years against manufacturing defects, including fading, tearing, or sagging under normal conditions.

Providing supply, installation, and commissioning of mechanized roller blinds for 5 medium-sized windows. The following technical specifications must be adhered to for the successful execution of the project: 1. Motor Type: The roller blinds shall be equipped with tubular 24V DC motor and minimum torque rating of 10 to 15 Nm at a operational speed of approximately 20 to 30 rpm, ensuring smooth, jerk-free movement with noise level below 40 dB to ensure quiet operation.., suitable for medium-sized windows with a battery-powered system for easy installation and minimal wiring. Batteries should be rechargeable, providing a long operational life with minimal maintenance. If required, provisions for connecting to a 230V AC power supply shall be made, with necessary wiring concealed for aesthetic appeal.. These motors shall be discreetly integrated within the roller tube, ensuring a sleek appearance and minimal noise during operation. The motor must be capable of smoothly operating blinds without stalling or excessive strain, handling a load corresponding to the weight of the fabric used. 2. Control Mechanism: The system must include a remote control unit for wireless operation. Additionally, the motor should be compatible with smart-home integration (optional), allowing operation via mobile app or voice assistants . The control system should provide options for individual and group control of the blinds. all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer Incharge.

Note : 1. The contractor shall ensure that all motors, blinds, and control systems are installed securely and aligned properly. All wiring (if applicable) must be concealed, and battery-operated systems should be easily accessible for maintenance or recharging. Blinds should be tested for full operational functionality after installation. 2. Warranty and Maintenance: A minimum warranty period of 1 year should be provided on the motors and control system. The contractor must offer post-installation support and guidance on maintenance, including battery replacement or recharging protocols

General Note- 1. Contractor shall inspect the site to acquaint with the site condition as welll as security condition at AMD. 2. The rates shall include cost of tools and tackles, manpower including wages, liveries, all wastage and taxes, GST, labour cess, income tax etc, as applicable but exclusive of EPF & ESI. EPF & ESI are reimbursible as per relevant clause.
