Providing and fixing Glazed VITRIFIED floor tiles Using Tiles of size above 600x600mm and upto and including 900 x 900mm of approved make in different sizes conforming to IS15622 in all colours and shades in Glossy or Matt or satin finish laid over a bed of minimum 20mm thick bed of cement mortar1:4 (using Crushed sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry including grouting with the joints with white cement based Tile Grout of approved make and matching shade complete as per patterns, drawings and specifications complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge Note: Fixing glazed/ Ceramic/ Vitrified floor tiles with cement based high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesive (Water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 3mm thickness, all complete as per specification and as Directed by Engineer- Incharge

Providing and laying of 1st quality colour ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS15622 in dados of approved shades, pattern, design & colours including darker shade for required height portion as per approved pattern and design of any size 320 x 480mm / 300x600mm / 300x450mm manufactured by M/s Khajharia, M/s RAK Ceramics M/s Bell Ceramics, NITCO or Johnson or equivalent approved make laid over 20 mm or more thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) bedding / backing and fixing the tiles with cement slurry and pointing the joints with matching colour Tile Grout compound of ROFF/Balendura finished to line, level, slope, and plumb including cutting of tiles, making cut outs / opening wherever necessary, wastage, final cleaning of surfaces as required, curing etc., complete with cost of materials, labour, tools & plants, scaffolding all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work with non modular fly ash bricks conforming to IS:12894, in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)class designation 10 average compressive strength in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level in : all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing internal cement plaster 12mm thick in single coat in cement mortar 1:4 without neeru finish to concrete, brick surface in all position including scaffolding & curing etc. all complete as per specification and as Directed by Engineer- Incharge

Providing and laying gang saw cut 30 mm thick, mirror polished pre moulded and pre polished machine cut granite stone of required size and shape of approved shade, colour and texture in footpath, flooring in road side plazas and similar locations, laid over 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups etc. all complete as per specification and as Directed by Engineer- Incharge

Providing and fixing glazed screen printed border tile 75mm wide having thickness 5mm, of approved quality & make, in all shades, design and prints, in dado, over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 Coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing with white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade, all complete as approved by Engineer - in - Charge

Providing and fixing mirror of superior glass (of approved quality) and of required shape and size with plastic moulded frame of approved make and shade with 6 mm thick hard board backing : all complete as per specification and as Directed by Engineer- Incharge

Cutting chases in brick masonry walls for 50mm diameter sand cast iron/centrifugally cast (spun) iron pipes and making good the same with cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size), including necessary plaster and pointing in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) : all complete as per specification and as Directed by Engineer- Incharge

Providing and fixing White Vitreous China Flat back wash basin size 550x 400 mm with single 15 mm C.P. brass pillar tap, with C.I. brackets, 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps, 32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever require: all complete as per specification and as Directed by Engineer- Incharge

Cutting holes up to 15x15 cm in R.C.C. floors and roofs for passing drain pipe etc. and repairing the hole after insertion of drain pipe etc. with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), including finishing complete so as to make it leak proof. all complete as per specification and as Directed by Engineer- Incharge

Making chases up to 7.5x7.5 cm in walls including making good and finishing with matching surface after housing G.I. pipe/CPVC pipe etc. all complete as per specification and as Directed by Engineer- Incharge

Making hole up to 20x20 cm and embedding pipes up to 150 mm diameter in masonry and filling with cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including disposal of malba. all complete as per specification and as Directed by Engineer- Incharge

Providing and fixing CP Brass 32mm size Bottle Trap of approved quality & make, all complete as per specification and as Directed by Engineer- Incharge

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

General Note- 1. Contractor shall inspect the site to acquaint with the site condition as welll as security condition at AMD. 2. The rates shall include cost of tools and tackles, manpower including wages, liveries, all wastage and taxes, GST, labour cess, income tax etc, as applicable but exclusive of EPF & ESI. EPF & ESI are reimbursible as per relevant clause. 3. The work mentioned shall be carried out at all floors,heights, locations for a height of 25m and a lead of 150m 4.The contractor has to follow all safety rules of the department and PPE shall be provided to all workers engaged by him. Only skilled workers have to be deployed for work on heights wherever and whenever required. Insurance to workers shall be done and should be valid during entire period of contract.
