Providing and fixing in position true to line and level precast RCC woven wire fencing posts of height 1820 mm with staples, manufactured by Sur Engineering Pvt. Ltd. of Asansol or any other approved company. Reinforced with cement concrete of proportion (1:1.5:3) with stone chips with proper gradation and reinforcements of four nos. 6 mm dia M.S. vertical bar with 3.15 mm dia binders electrically welded to bar as detailed in the Drg. no. 679/B of Sur Engineering Pvt. Ltd. having cross section 140 mm X 100 mm at bottom and 100 mm X 80 mm at top chamfering, curing etc. complete as per manufacturers specification, drawing and direction of Engineerin-Charge. (The contractor must produced manufacturers guarantee certificates at the time of execution of the works). The posts shall be embedded in foundation concrete upto a depth of 610 mm. the size of the cement concrete foundation (1:3:6) with stone aggregates 40 mm and down will be 300mm X 260mm at GL uniformly tapered to 200 mm X 160 mm at 610 mm below GL. Cement and steel will not be used by the department for casting of precast posts.

Supplying, fitting and fixing G.I. barbed wire 4 barbs 75 mm spacing to RCC posts or MS angle bend posts on a boundary wall with fixing arrangements already provided with the posts complete. (supplying and fixing of posts is to be paid separately) (payment is to be made on the basis of the length of barbed wire fixed).

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Less for valuation Steel scrap of structure like channels, angles, tees and flats , Old CGS sheet, window grill etc.
