Providing designation 75 B brick work in C.M. (1:6) in superstructure with approved quality of clean coarse sand of F.M. 2 to2.5 including providing 10 mm thick mortar joints cost of screening materials , scafolding , raking out joints to 15mm depth curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Providing 250 mm wide brick drain in cement mortar (1:6) with av 150 mm clear depth and 250 mm apron including cost of earthwork involved with 75mm cement concrete (1:4:3) over one brick designation 75A flat soling in proper grade and slope at the base the drain duly plastered in C.M (1:3) with punning over exposed surface all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing corrugated C.A. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Supplying, fitting and fixing good quality, well dressed and well seasoned sal wood work in chaukhat in doors, windows, skylight, fanlights and celetial windows openings, including wedge over clamps all complete including application of two coats of wood preservative of approved quality on the surface butting walls and lintels all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Supplying, fitting and fixing 35 mm thick solid core type decorative double leaf flush door shutter with both sides decorative veneered with black board core bended with high quality phenol formal dehydes synthetic resin of standard make with Aluminium fittings such as hinges, tower bolts, handle, cleats and sand blocks and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 10kg/sqm)

Providing one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and make over old wooden surface including cleaning the surface after removing dirt, scales, smokes, grease and sand papering, including cost of scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specfication and direction of E/l.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. basic Rates 115.15
