Providing and fixing factory made P.V.C. door frame of size 50x47 mm with awall thickness of 5 mm, made out of extruded 5mm rigid PVC foam sheet, mitred at corners and joined with 2 Nos of 150 mm long brackets of 15x15 mm M.S. square tube, the vertical door frame profiles to be reinforced with 19x19 mm M.S. square tube of 19 gauge, EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame. Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS:15622 of approved make in colours such as white, lvory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry@3.3kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. complete.

Providing and laying 25mm thick kotah stone slab flooring of approved size texure and colour over 19mm thick base of lime mortar (1:1:1) (limeputty:surkhi:coarse sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing to granolithic finish with approved quality of carborandum stone including cost of curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. Providing and laying pressed clay tiles (as per approved pattern 20mm nominal thickness of approved size) on roofs jointed with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) mixed with 2% integral waterproofing compound, laid over a bed of 20 mm thick cement mortar1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and finished neat complete.

Water proofing for Old and New Roof Slab :- Providng and laying water proofing treatment on roof slab by applying tow component, factory a designed ready to use, acrylic modified flexible material applied with brush, roller or spray waterproofing coating as per manufacturer specification-With following steps:- (a) Suface preparation:- Providing and cleaning of concrete surface to remove dust, Oil, grease including removal of existing loose paint/ coating, and cement laitance by cleaning with compressed air & water jet including all materials, labour, tools, complete. Ponding test to be done after plugging all outlets and to be checked from soffit to identify seepage, leakage. On indentification of seepage, cement grouting to be done with non shrink expanding admixture of Sika India Pvt. Ltd. / MYK Schombeg/Dr Fixit/Fosroc or equrivallent. Providing and reparing of all corners and joints such as those between the parapet wall and the roof slab etc. Shall be chamfered with '150mmX'150mm fillet of mortar (Cement sand- 1:4) admixed with acrylic polymer of Sika/Fosroc/MYK Schomberg/Dr Fixit or requivalent Before chamfering a prime coat shall be given with the slurry of acrylic polymer Reparing surface irregularities, damaged concretein base slab, dead cracks if any, with an acrylic polymer modified repair mortar including a coat of bonding agent of the same with cement slurry including all materials labour, tools, complete. (b) 1st Coat :- Apply 1st coat of two component acrylic modidied, ready to use, flexible cementitious material on surface saturated dry roof and inisde wall of Parapet wall upto 600mm by brush or roller. After 1st coat of application, 45 gsm oil Fibre glass cloth to lay when the fist layer is still green. 1st coat should be applied @1.50/kg/sqmt/coat for the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured." (c) 2nd Coat :- To apply the 2nd coat of two component acrylic modified ready to use flexible cementitious materials right angle to the '1st coat over the glass fibre laid surface. 2nd coat should be applied@ 0.7kg/sqmt/coat. For the purpose of measurment the entire treated surface will be measured." after three days of drying the 2nd coat, the rain water outles to be plugged and ponding test to be done for 48 hours to identify seepage, teakage from soffit and if found necessary rectification to e be done as per satisfation of E/I. the waterproofing coating to be protected from damage before screed over it.The Waterproofing Brand: *Sika Topseal 109hi/Fosroc Brushbond RFX/ Dr Fixit Pidiffine 2K/MYK Aquafin TG Product Performance- Chemical Base Part A.Acrylic copol,mer, Part B Specially graded cementitious powder-Density 1.6 kg/l (mixed density) at +27° Tensile Strength -2 N/mm2 after 28 days (with Fibre cloth) (According to ASTM D 2370) Pullout Bond Strenth-2 N/mm2 (concrete failure) (According to ISO.4624) Slant-shear Bond Strength-4 N/mm2 (According to FIP 5.15) Flongation at Break- 35% without Fibre Cloth and 20% with Fibre Cloth (According to ASTMD 2370) (d) Protection of treated surface with PCC :- The treated surface should be covered with 25mm/50mm PCC of M-20 grade (1:1.5:3) with proper slope (1:120) towards the rain outlets in alternate panels of 2mtx2mt keeping 6mm gap between the panel joint integral water proofing admixture conforming to IS2645@ of 100 ml perbag of cement to be added in the screed concrete (paid separately for this items) all corners shal be charfered with 150mmx150mm fillet. The rain water outlets shal be just leveled with the screed concrete to ensure smooth descharge of water- the perpheral gaps between PVC pipe outlet and concrete surface should be packed properly with rich concrete and the peripheral mouth to be sealed with moisture insensisive epoxy putty of Sika India Pvt.Ltd./MYK Schomberg/Dr Fixit / Fosroc. For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be meaured."

(e) Groove of PCC surface should be filled with Polysulphide Sealant (Paid Separately) Brand-Sika India Pvt. Ltd./MYK Schomberg/ Dr Fixit/Fosroc.Warranty for five years

Covering of treated surface with PCC :- Providing 25 mm thick Cement Concrete M20(1:1.5:3) maintaining slope in alternate 2 mt x 2 mt panels with aaproved quality of stone chips of 20 mm to 6mm size graded and cleaned sand of F.M. 2.5 to 3 including screening, shuttering, and mixing cement concrete in mixer with admixture of interggral water proofing and placing in position, striking curing, taxes and royality all complet as per building specification and directionof E/I. Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqmover and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Providing two coats of oil bound distemper of approved shade and make over a coat of cement primer over new surface including preparing the plastered surface by the rubbing smooth with pumice stone or fine sand paper applying putty wherever required scaffolidng washing of floors and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing primer one coat of red lead paint of approved make over new steel surface including preparing the surface after cleaning, removing dust, dirt, scales smokes and grease and cleaning the surface throughly including cost of scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. (Mode of measurement area shall be multiplied by the co-efficient as indicated in building specification)

Providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and make over new wooden surface including preparing the surface after cleaning, removing dirt, scales, smokes, grease and sand papering including cost of scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.
