For contract value more than 50 crores, the bidder should have completed two similar works of value not less than the amount indicated in the appendix (usually not less than 50% of the estimated value of the contract) in the last five years. The bidder is also required to have a certain amount of annual financial turnover, with a specific amount of Rs 4,37,39,991.00 for one of the years. The bidder should have completed a certain percentage of similar works, with 50% of the work value being Rs 1,45,79,997.00.
