Providing and fixing factory made P.V.C. door frame of size 50x47 mm with awall thickness of 5 mm, made out of extruded 5mm rigid PVC foam sheet, mitred at corners and joined with 2 Nos of 150 mm long brackets of 15x15 mm M.S. square tube, the vertical door frame profiles to be reinforced with 19x19 mm M.S. square tube of 19 gauge, EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame. Providing and fixing factory made panel PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 19 mm x 19 mm for styles and 15x15 mm for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall have a coat of steel primers of approved make and manufacture. Providing and laying 6mm precast white glazed tiles in walls over 12mm cement mortar (1:3) and jointed with grey cement slurry flush pointing with white cement including rubbing, polishing and cost of curring taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction and E/I. With "A" grade white 15X15cm Tiles.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS:15622 of approved make in colours such as white, lvory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry@3.3kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. complete.

Providing and laying 25mm thick kotah stone slab flooring of approved size texure and colour over 19mm thick base of lime mortar (1:1:1) (limeputty:surkhi:coarse sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing to granolithic finish with approved quality of carborandum stone including cost of curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. Providing and laying 25mm thick kotah stone tiles in risers of steps skirting and pillars of approved size texure and colour laid over 12mm thick cement mortar (1;30 and joined with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rub bing to granolithic finish with approved quality of carborandum stone including cost of curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing single layer Naria-tiles in roof including cost of all labour and materials, taxes, all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing gola 75x75mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) as per standard design:

Water proofing for Old and New Roof Slab :- Providng and laying water proofing treatment on roof slab by applying tow component, factory a designed ready to use, acrylic modified flexible material applied with brush, roller or spray waterproofing coating as per manufacturer specification-With following steps:- (a) Suface preparation:- Providing and cleaning of concrete surface to remove dust, iol, grease including removal of existing loose paint/ coating, and cement laitance by cleaning with compressed air & water jet including all materials, labour, tools, complete. Ponding test to be done after pugging all outlets and to be cheded from soffit to identify seepage, ladkage. On indentification of seepage, cement grouting to be done with non shirnk expanding admixture of Sika India Pvt. Ltd. / MYK Schombeg/Dr Fixit/Fosroc or equrivallent. Providing and reparing of all corners and joints usch as those between the parapet wall and the roof slab etc. Shall be chamfered with '150mmX'150mm fillet lf mortar (Cement sand- 1:4) admixed with acrylic polymer of Sika/Fosroc/MYK Schomberg/Dr Fixit or requivalent Before chamfering a prime coat shall be give with the slurry of acrylic polymer Reparing surface irregularities, damaged concretein base slab, dead cracks if any, with and acrylic polymer modified reqpair mortar including a coat of bonding agent of the same with cement slurry including all materials labour, tools, complete. (b) 1st Coat :- Apply 1st coat of two component acrylic modidied, ready to use, flexible cementitious material on surface saturated dry roof and inisde wall of Parapet wall upto 600mm by brush or roller. After 1st coat of application, 45 gsm oil Fibre glass cloth to lay when the fist layer is still greeb. 1st ciat sgiykd ve aookued @1.50/kg/sqmt/coat for the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured." (c) 2nd Coat :- To apply the 2nd coat of two component acrylic modified ready to use flexible cementitious materials right angle to the '1st coat over the glass fibre laid surface. 2nd coat should be applied@ 0.7kg/sqmt/coat. For the purpose lf measurment the entire treated surface will be measured." alter three days of drying the 2nd coat, the rain water outles to be plugged and ponding test to be done for 48 hours to identify seepage, teakage from soffit and if found necessary rectification to e be done as per satisfation of E/I. The Watqrproofing Brand: *Sika Topseal 109hi/Fosroc Brushbond RFX/ Dr Fixit Pidiffine 2KI MYK Aqraiin TG Product Performance- Chemical Base Part A.Acrylic copol,mer, Part 13 Specially graded cementitious powder-Density 1.6 kg/l (mixed density) at +270 Tensile Strength -2 N/mm2 after 28 days (with Fibre cloth) (According to ASTM D 2370) Pullout Bond Strenth-2 n/mm2 (concrete failure) (According to ISO.) 4624) Slant-shear Bond Strength-4 N/mm2 (According to FIP 5.15) Flongation at Break- 35% without Fibre Cloth and 20% with Fibre Cloth (According to ASTMD 2370) D Protection of treated with PCC :- The treated surface should be covered with 25mm/50mm PCC of M-20 grade (1:1.5:3) with proper slope (1:120) towards the rain outlets in altematepanels lf 2mtx2mt keeping 6mm gap between the panel joint integral water proofing admixture conforming to IS2645@ of 100 ml perbag of cement to be added in the screed concrete (paid separately for this items) all corners shal be charfered with 150mmx150mm fillet. Providing 12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) with clean coarse sand of FM 1.5 including screening curing with all leads and lifts of water scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I

Providing primer one coat of red lead paint of approved make over new steel surface including preparing the surface after cleaning, removing dust, dirt, scales smokes and grease and cleaning the surface throughly including cost of scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. (Mode of measurement area shall be multiplied by the co-efficient as indicated in building specification)

Providing two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and make over steel surface including cleaning the surface throughly , scaffolding and taxes all after removing dirt including scales smokes, grease and sand papering including cost of scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and fixing double glazed hermetically sealed glazing in aluminium windows, ventilators and partition etc. with 6 mm thick clear float glass both side, having 12 mm air gap, including providing EPDM gasket, perforated aluminium spacers, desiccants, sealant (Both primary and secondary sealant) etc. as per specifications, drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete.

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominla size) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size, wall rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing all complete as per specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and fixing circular/hexagonal cast iron of M.S. Sheet box for ceilling foa clamp, of internal dia 140mm, 73mm height, top lid of 1.5mm thick M.S.
