Teak wood Skirting : Providing and fixingof teak wood skirting with polish

Plastic Emulsion paint on Existing Woodwool Ceiling and walls including removing and refixing of grid tile

Supply of Fully Insulated Non Metalic Fire cum Acoustic Wooden fire doors as per IS 3614:2021, for 120 min integrity & insulation. The door is manufactured made out of thoroughly seasoned hard wood. The moisture content of wood material used at the time of construction of wooden composite fire door sets comprises of both frame and shutter shall not be more than 15% approx. in accordance with IS 287. The fire door must carry a successful test evidence fire door design from CBRI , Roorkee / IPIRTI / NABL accrediated lab which operates in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 for its fire rating. The offered door must carry acoustic properties certification test evidence. To achieve Acoustic prooperties, the shutter thickness should be minimum 77mm. Door and frame should be factory finished with fire retardent primer FR880. All accressesories like hardware, vision panel, fire seal etc to be supplied by Fire door manufacturer only as per the guidelines laid down in IS 3614:2021.

Every door must carry a label confirming to type of door & its fire rating. Door frame shall be Single rebate profile of section 140 x 90 mm made out of Ivory Coast (2nd class Teakwood ) having density of 550-600 kg/m3 with factory made groove of suitable size so as to accomodate Fire seal of size 20x4mm of SEALz MAKE. An EPDM seal also to be provided in the frame to check spread of smoke.The frame must be primed with Fire retardant primer FR880 . The frame to be fixed to fire exit opening with minimum 10 nos. 10 mm dia and minimum 120 mm long HDG (hot dip galavanized) CSK Philps headed screws with polyamide sleeves. Wooden shutter must be of minimum 77mm of thickness finished with 6mm thick commercial ply on both faces. The Shutter should be provided with 6mm thick commercial ply along with 1mm thick laminate on both faces . The composite thickness of the core insulation will be 63mm consists of minimum 10mm thick Calcium Silicate boards of Hilux / Pamtech make and treated wool Insulation material . The calcium silicate board must have Density not more than 900kg/m3 , having thermal conductivity 0.15W/mK . The shutter should be provided with heat activated intumescent fire seal strip of size 20mm x 4 mm mounted in the suitable grooves all three sides except bottom provided on Exposed OR concealed wooden lipping . To achieve apporx. 32db properties necessary Acoustic seal set needs to be provided both in frame and shutter such as Perimeter seal in rebate of the main frame , Automatic drop down seal in bottom of the shutter and for double leaf application Artragal seal needs to be provided . These seals along with all hardware will be payable in extra items. The shutters shall be mounted to the frame with SS 304 grade ball bearing type hinges of size 100x 89x3 mm alongwith all suitable hardware(Payable in extra item).

Main Curtain : made out of Vevet cloth with horizontal sliding arrangement complete with Gear box, Rolling Drum, fixing rails, brackets, sliding arrangement & motorized operation complete with nylon runners,master runners, pullies, 3 mm steel wire rope, 1 Flange type motor , 2 Nos. Air Breaker Contractor (deftech), 2 Nos.15 amps. Micro switches (deftech) for auto stop 3 nos push buttons for Forward, reverse and stop positions. The curtain should be draped to half area when in closed Position. Minimum overlap at Centre should be900mm and should be stitched in double gathering. Approx. Curtain Size 16 m x 6 m etc. complete with installation as per the site requirement.

Wings: Providing and fixing cloth wings made out of black glazed cotton fixed on 6 mm thick commercial plywood fixed on both side of MS frame size 50 mm x 25 mm Tube frame work. The tube frame work made out 25 mm x 50 mm pipe C/o 1200 x 600 Size 1.5m X 5m etc. complete with installation as Per Site Requirement.

Stage Flooring :Providing and fixing of stage flooring Size of 35X 12 MM th., 2nd class mixed Teak wood planks flooring over 50x50mm sectionMirandi wood framing @ 600mm c/c in both directions with 18mm thick BWR ply(Green/Merino.).The framing to be filled with 50 mm thick Rockwool, 48Kg/m3 density Melamine water based polishing of teakwood on exposed surface: In horizontal/vertical plan (Rate for flooring shall include providing additional framework required for housing microphone and power outlet junction boxes including providing and fixing hinged teakwood cover for the junction boxes.
