The bidder should also have access to or availability of credit facilities, with a minimum of 20% of the estimated cost, and should be able to invest a minimum cash up to 25% of the contract value of work during implementation. A minimum of 10% of the contract value should be accessible from lines of credit and other financial resources facilities. For contract value up to 50 crores, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least three similar works, each of value not less than Rs. 88,79,865.00, or two similar works, each of value not less than Rs. 1,06,55,838.00, or one similar work of value not less than Rs. 1,59,83,757.00 in the last five years. For contract value more than 50 crores, the bidder should have completed two similar works of value not less than the amount indicated in the appendix in the last five years.
