(1:6) in superstructure with approved quality of clean coarse sand of F.M. 2 to 2.5 including, providing 10mm thick mortar joints, cost of screening materials, raking out joints to 15mm depth curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing 12mm cement plaster (1:6) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing 6mm cement plaster (1:4) in celling with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing 1.5mm cement punning including curing, carriage of water with all leads and lift as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing two coats of oil bound distemper of approved shade and make over a coat of cement primer over new surface including preparing the plastered surface by the rubbing smooth with pumice stone or fine sand paper applying putty wherever required scaffolding washing of floors and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I..

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : 13.46.1- New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) --- QTY SAME AS EXTERNAL PLASTER

Providing 25mm thick first class patent stone flooring (1:2:4) with stone chips in two layers, bottom layers 19mm. Thick (1:2:4)with 12mm to 6mm. Size graded stone chips and top layer 6mm. Thicks (1:2) with 6mm down stone chips, in panels including cost of curing, finishing the surface smooth by rubbing with carborandum stone, taxes and royality with all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Supplying, fitting, and fixing M.S. Grill made of 20X6mm M.S. Flate as per approved design and drawing, properly fabricated with joints continuous fillet welded and finished smooth, carriage of grill to work site, hoisting as per building specification and direction of E/I. (where materials is not supplied by the deptt.)

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Supplying, fitting and fixing 20 guage G.C.I, sheet gate fitted on M.S. Angle frame of size 60x60x6mm. including cost of fabrication , providing necessary locking arrangement with haskal and domny duly fixed in P.C.C. (1:2:4) blocks of required size, applying a priming red lead paint over steel work, taxes all complete as per drawing specification and direction of E/l.

Supplying, fitting and fixing collapsible gate of approved size and make properly fabricated with vertical double channels 20 x 10 x 2mm at 100mm centers and braced with M.S. flat diagonals 20 x 3mm with top and bottom rails of T.iron 40 x 40 x 6mm with 38mm dia steel pulleys complete with bolts, nuts, locking arrangement, stoppers, handles, including applying a priming coat of red lead paint, car riage, hoisting and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and make over steel surface including cleaning the surface throughly , scaffolding and taxes all after removing dirt including scales smokes, grease and sand papering including cost of scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing & fixing on wall face unplasticised - Rigid P.V.C. pipes conforming to IS: 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS: 5382 leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion . Single socketed pipes. 110 mm dia

Providing and fixing on wall face unplaqsticised- PVC moulded fitting/ accessories for unplaqsticised- PVC rain water pipes confirming to IS: 13592 TYPE A,including jointing with seal ring confirming to IS: 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes.

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth.

Providing 250mm. Wide brick drain in cement mortar (1:6) with av. 150mm clear depth and 250mm apron including cost of eartwork involved with 75mm cement concrete (1:4:3) over one brick designation 75A flat soling in proper grade and slope at the base the drain duly plastered in C.M. (1:3) with punning over exposed surface all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Water proofing for old and New Roof Slab :- Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roof slab by applying two Component, factory designed, ready to use, acrylic modified flextble material brush, roller or spray for water proofing coating per manufacturer Specifications with following steps :-(a)surface preparation .-Providing and cleaning of concrete surface to remove dust, oil, grease including removal of existing (loose paint / coating, and cement laitance by cleaning with compressed air water jet including all materials, labour, tools complete. Ponding test to be done after plugging all outlets and to be checked from soffit to identify seepage leakage. On identification of seepage cement grouting to be done with non shrink expanding admixture of Sika India Pvt.L.td.) MYK Schomberg / Dr Fixiti/ Fosroc or equivallent. Providing and reparing of all Corner and joints such as those between the parapet wall and the roof slab etc shall be chamfered with 150Mrn X 150 mm fillet of mortar (Cement: sand - 1:4) admixed with acrylic pc?' lymer of Sika/ Fosroc/MYK Schomberg/Dr 1:4) admixed with acrylic polymer of Sika/ Fosroc/MYK Schomberg/Dr Fixit or equivalent.,Befor 'Chamfering a prime coat shall be given with the slurry of acrylic polymer Repairing surface irregularities, damaged concretein base slab, dead cracks if any, with an acrylic polymer modified repair mortar-including a coat of bonding agent of the same with cement slurry including all material, labour, tools complete.(b)lst Coat :- Apply 1st coat of two component acrylic modified, ready to use, flexible cementitiot.is material on surface saturated dry roof and inside wall of Parapet.Wall upto 600 mm by brush or roller . After 1st coat of application , 45 gsm of Fibre glass cloth to lay when the first layer is still green. 1st coat shOUld be applied @1.50 kg/Sqmt/coat. For the purpose of measurer-11609-1'e entire treated surface will be measured." (c) 2nd Coat :-To apply the 2nd coat of two component acrylic modified read to use, flexible cementtiOus material right angle to the 1st. coat over the glass fibre laid surface: 2nd coat-,should be applied @ 0.7 Sqmt/coat. For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured." After three days of drying the 2nd coat , the rain water outlets to be plugged and ponding test to be done for 48 hours to identify seepage, leakage from soffit and if found necessary rectification to be done as per satisfaction of E/C. The waterproof coating to be protected from damage before screed over it. Water proofing Brand:- Sika Topseal 109hi / Fosroc Brushbond RFXI Dr. Fixit Pidiffin 2K / MYK Aquafin TG . Integral water proofing admixture conforming to IS 2645 co of 100 ml per bag of of cement to be added in the screed concreie(paid separately.for this items).All corners shall be chamfered with 150mm X 150 mm fillet. The rainwater outlets shall be just leveled with the screed concrete to ensure smooth discharge of water - the peripheral gaps between pvc pipe outlet and concrete surface should be packed prorSeqswith ridti:corict'ete and the peripheral mouth to be sealed with,moisture insensitive epoxy putty of. Sika India .Pvt.Ltd. / MYK Schornbefg /Dr Fixit/Fosroc .For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured."
