The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed similar work in India in any Public Sector Undertaking / Government / Semi Government organization or joint venture thereof / Company registered under Companies Act during the last 7 years. The value of such work orders can be either: a) Three similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 173.22 Lakhs b) Two similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 216.53 Lakhs c) One similar completed work costing not less than Rs. 346.45 Lakhs. Similar work is defined as work orders having AMC (Mechanical) of Pulverized coal fired Boiler of at least 220 TPH and steam turbine of not less than 36 MW of single unit each capacity and their auxiliaries. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the conditions for considering work orders for technical evaluation include: 1. Annual Maintenance Contract / Rate Contract: Even if the work has not been completed, it can be considered if the bidder furnishes proof of executed value of work and a successful work execution certificate. 2. Partially Completed Work Orders: These are considered if they have a validity of more than one year and the bidder has completed at least one year of the work order period. 3. Work Orders with Total Duration of One Year or Less: Only considered if the work execution against them has been completed in totality. 4. Completed Sub-orders under Rate Contract: Considered after the completion of one year of the Rate Contract. All sub-orders under one Rate Contract are treated as a single work order for evaluation.
