Labour charges for cutting of reinforcement and anchor bolts of GBT tower columns by manual or necessary tools and plants all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Carriage of dismantlled 40 Metre Ground Base Tower member upto 100 metre for re-erction as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of dismantled GBT tower foundation rubbish by mechanical means from site to municipal dumping ground as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

TOWER FOUNDATION & ERECTION

SH: EARTH WORK

Earth work in excavation over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth,1.5m in width as well as 10sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m,diposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed:

All kinds of soil.

SH: CONCRETE WORK

Providing and laying cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering All work up to plinth level

1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

SH: R.C.C. WORK

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :

1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:

Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

Lintal, beam, Plinth beam girders, bressumurs and cantilevers.

Columns, pillars, Piers, abutments, posts and struts.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

RCC work smooth finishing of exposed surface with 6 mm thick cement moratar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand )

SH: STEEL WORK

Supplying at site galvanised steel tower / pole materials consisting of M.S. Pipe (medium quality), angle, flat, bars gusset plates, nuts, bolts, climbing ladders, vertical and horizontal cable carrying ladder, working platform, antenna fixtures, base plates, connecting plates etc. all fabricated including cutting, drilling holes and welding etc. as per approved drawing for erection of roof top pole / tower . The structural steel for tower shall confirm to IS : 2062-1992 I.S. 1363-1992 & I.S : 12427 and fabrication shall be as per IS : 4757 . The structural steel section produced by only main producers like SAIL, RINL, TISCO, JINDAL shall be used for fabrication of tower material. The rate shall include cost of all material , labours, tools, plants & machineries and carrying the materials to the site including loading and unloading, shorting and stacking at ground floor for all leads, taxes, duties and ancillary work in handling of the pole materials.

Supplying anchor bolts & nuts for fixing at base of tower manufatured from 20 mm dia mild steel bar of required length as per structureal drawing conforming to IS 2062 threaded at top up to 150 mm length and welded with lugs made from 100 mm x 100mm x 10 mm thick mild steel plate at 50 mm from bottom & other lugs as per structural drawing including suitable hexagonal nuts 2 nos ( Nut & check nut ) and MS spring washers etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge . Rate including the cost of the materials , all taxes & carriage at site i.e at top of roof.

Labour Charges for arranging and fixing the anchor bolts in position during concreting (base plate and anchor bolts supplied by the department at free cost).

Labour Charges for erection and fixing of tower members as per standard / approved drawing, schedule including tighting of nuts, bolts, washers, with propers tools and plants, fixing of antenna fixture cable tray platform and railing and ladders of all complete i/c sorting of the tower material as per direction of Engineer In-Charge.

On 40 mtr Tower

P/F Horizontal / Vertical cable Tray with galvanised iron sections connected by bolts and nuts or by welding to required line and level including connecting legs as required as per direction of and full satisfaction of Engineer in Charge. (The Galvanised shall be as per IS 4759 with average mass of zinc coating of 610 gm/sqm i.e. approximately 85 micron).

Providing antena mount made of galvanised iron section and medium quality G.I pipe & fixing by bolts and nuts or by welding at required height (upto 40 metre) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Erection & fixing to be paid separately in tower erection item).

SH: FINISHING WORK

Neat Cement punning

Applying two or more coats of high gloss synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade and pattern over and including one or more base coats of zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on 40 meter high tower all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
